Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winter Haven

I have been going to this particular Dunkin because the Food Drinks and Service surpass others in the area but lately things have been really off at this location. Today I was there and OMG what a frustrating time. We go through the drive thru We ordered a small coffee 5 cream 5 sugars sesame bagel toasted with light butter a hash brown brisket no queso shredded cheese only a $6 meal med caramel ice coffee cream and 2 pumps of liquid sugar cinnamon raising bagel with Bacon Egg and Cheese and light butter & hashbrowns as we pulled away i kept looking at my coffee that looked extra watery so I pick it up out of my car cup holder and see the label said reg ice coffee i tell my fiancé babe I was wondering why my coffee looked so watery this is not what I ordered there is no caramel I asked if he could go in for me and have them fix my coffee the lady who helped him apologized fixed the coffee and gave him a free donut for the inconvenience as he is getting in the car I said oh good you have an extra bag let me put your stuff in there so you have all your stuff together and I have mine separate as to my surprise my breakfast is wrong too my $6 meal was only a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted it was supose to be a bacon egg and cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel w/butter instead there was no egg no cheese no bacon this blew my mind my fiance gets super frustrated because he is now running close to having to be at work I was going to leave but he said give me it i will go inside I need you to eat so you can take your medicine I have a fractured ankle so this is why I didn't go inside myself so he gets in line gets to the front and tells them that the rest of the order is wrong too the lady immediately says let me get the manager at this point I was on the phone with my fiance the manager who should of spoken to me instead speaks to the staff about what i was suppose to have everything is going back and forth and he said pit bacon egg and cheese on this and hands a girl my bagel they fix the $6 meal supposedly they put the bag on the counter and I hear my fiance say is this my stuff he grabs it and walks out I go in the bag and I'm still missing my hashbrowns we were so frustrated 😠 that I told him let's just go i don't want you to be late. This place has always been on point as I said in the beginning but lately I don't know what has happened this is not the first time I have had issues and have called the last time I also had a similar issue i called and was never even offered hey when you come through here let us know about the situation and we will rectify the error this is...

Stopped by this morning to grab my usual wake up wrap and cold brew. After I pulled over to eat I realized there was no egg. No worries, I was still in the parking lot. Came back through and stated “hey, I just came through and I got everything except the egg on the wake up wrap.”

“Ma’am that’s because you didn’t order egg. You said only bacon and cheese. YOU HAVE to say if you want egg..”

At this point I’m confused, I never order it that way. But my receipt did show it was rang up that way.

Either I forgot to say egg.. or the mic didn’t hear me properly. Which I’ve heard their mic gets finicky sometimes, that’s fine. I apologized and said “maybe I did forget to say egg.”

This wasn’t the issue.. I know how fast food is. I’m cool with things happening.. it’s how the cashier spoke to me.

What is the reason to get a rude attitude? I was kind and chill the entire time. I showed them the receipt.

The store wasn’t even busy which I could understand her frustration if that was the case.. but it wasn’t.

I come here every morning usually weekdays because it’s fast, efficient, and people are kind.

This is my first experience on the weekend.. and I won’t be coming other than weekdays. Not worth this.

I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review if at any point the cashier would’ve stopped being rude.. but she didn’t. She even had someone else hand me my order.

Who wants to start off their morning with a sour attitude from others?

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 I drove through this morning to grab a coffee before heading to see family.

Had to stop to review my experience because it was incredible! Heather was kind and patient with me. She got my order out to me quickly. The one thing I won’t forget is her bright smile. Keep these kinds of employees Dunkin’ she...

Extremely frustrating. Spoke with female at the drive through speaker and had to tell her three times that we wanted "a dozen chocolate frosted yeast donuts". Also had to repeat the order in its entirety several times as well. I dont know if it's the quality of the speaker at the drive through, the headset, or the employee being distracted/not listening.

After getting to the window, I was handed a box of a dozen donuts. Upon opening the box I discovered that it had a dozen sugar glazed chocolate cake donuts. I informed the lady at the window that the donuts were not the ones I ordered. She appeared confused and sent them back to another gentleman who worked there. She then told me to pull around to the front because they didnt have the donuts I wanted and they needed to make them. I was told to pull around while they were made.

Prior to pulling around, she handed me my drinks (one of which was a tea that I did not order) and my order of chocolate powdered munchkins.

A short time later, a nice gentleman came outside and provided me with the correct donuts I ordered. Once I got home my family and I discovered that some of the donuts were fresh and about half were very stale. I didnt understand why we received stale donuts if they had just made them.

Also the munchkins we ordered tasted like raw/unsweetened cocoa powder, and were very dry. We couldn't even get our 6 year old to eat any of them, and she loves chocolate.

We have been to this store an uncountable number of time since it has opened, and this is one of the few times we have have had issues. But, in fairness, it's not the only time. It is possible that people were just having an off day. It just kind of stinks that we spent over $24 on items to have the only enjoyable things be the coffee and milkshake we ordered

Just might suggest some quality control on the food being given...
