Just relax and let me tell you of my tale of mysteries, spatial anomalies, and the multi-verse that is all true.
So I once again made the mistake of saying to myself "I'll try the McDonalds app ordering again." I put in an order for a chicken sandwich mayonnaise only no pickles, fries, large coke, and a milkshake.
"Go to McDonalds! jingle" cool time to grab my dinner. So I headed down and parked in the spot then told the app what space I was in. 12 minutes roll by. I don't complain too much. After all this is my punishment for doing curbside pickup. Just listen to the radio and wait for my food.
An employee approached my car with a small bag and a milkshake. "chicken sandwich, and strawberry shake" "..what?" "chocolate shake" "oh yes!" I must have herd him wrong. Ah but alas my large coke is missing. "I had a large coke too" This is where time and space began to warp.
"Is it in the bag?" clearly he misheard me "The Coke" raising my voice to make sure I was heard over the traffic. "Yea is it in the bag?" Now I know he just walked across the parking lot carrying a bag with only a chicken sandwich and fries in it. He handed me that same bag. Clearly he is not asking me if a Large drink is some where hidden between a chicken sandwich and some fries inside this paper bag. So again I ask "the drink?" I get a response that shakes my grasp of reality "Yea some times they place it in the bag."
I quickly look over at the unassuming bag sitting on my passenger seat. Is it me? Did some how I completely missed the weight and sound of a drink inside this paper bag? Are drinks always in paper bags and I have just been teleported from a dimension where they come in cups away from bags some times in little cup holders? I reach over not knowing what to expect. The bag crumbles in my hand as I push down. It stops at just the volume of a sandwich and fry. I breathed a sigh of relief knowing that I am not lost in the multi-verse.
So now I look over at this person who carried this 8 ounce bag 20 yards thinking that it had 2 pounds of fluid in it. "Nothing here" He looked confused as if heard the sloshing of ice and chilled sugar water, felt the weight of it on the bag. Then suddenly the drink was teleported back to the counter. Maybe he was the one sliding through the multi-verse hoping the next jump could be the one home. "oh ok" He wandered off back in search of the missing coke. A minute or two later he was successful in his quest! Triumphantly he has acquired the large coke and presented it to me. "thanks" I proclaimed and headed home.
But It was there that I discovered it. I was the one lost in time and space. For my chicken sandwich had only pickles and no mayo!

My first experience was as a customer where I came in with a card for a free meal on my next visit that was given to me for a long wait and when I asked if I can use it one of the managers told me no. Second experience was me going in to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver to a customer and 3 of the employees including the main manager named Yvon all kept telling me the customers order was already picked up which was false information and even had proof showing it had not been picked up. Eventually I got extremely upset because I’m just trying to do my job and go but they kept saying they were not going to remake the order and because I told them I wasn’t leaving the store till the issue was resolved I heard yvon tell the other employees in the back that she wishes she could slap me and that she doesn’t understand why I’m still standing there. I do a ton of DoorDash orders and these mistakes do happen but never have I have I ever dealt with someone telling me they’re not going to remake it, I always experience an apology and kindly am asked to please give them a moment to re make my order which is what good customer service is. It’s so unfortunate that such a nice store in this nice location is being managed by two very rude women who come off as very uneducated. On top of everything when I asked for the owner or corporates number they did not want to provide it to me. Thankfully I realized that there was a small sign on the counter with the owners phone number and email. Idk if the owner reads these reviews but if you do, I really do hope that these employees are spoken to or replaced as I am reading through others comments about this and it seems that this is an ongoing issue where the managers are giving others attitude. 1 Star - Serious Food Safety Issue
I visited this McDonald's location on 7/18/25 and received an undercooked burger along with the wrong order. The burger was clearly pink and raw in the middle, which poses a serious health risk.
When I returned to the restaurant to address this food safety issue, the staff refused to provide a refund and only offered to remake the food. Even when speaking with the manager Jin, I was denied a refund for what was clearly a food safety violation. The staff seemed inexperienced and did not take the undercooked meat seriously, which is concerning given the potential health consequences.
Issues: One of the workers ( off the clock still in uniform was eating her food on top of the trash can) Received undercooked ground beef (major food safety violation) Wrong order provided Staff refused refund for unsafe food Poor customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation No acknowledgment of the seriousness of serving raw meat
Food Safety Concern: Undercooked ground beef can contain harmful bacteria like E. coli and salmonella. This is not just a minor mistake - it's a potential health hazard that requires proper protocols and training.
I've contacted McDonald's corporate to ensure this incident is properly documented and addressed. I hope management will invest in better training for their staff on both food safety and customer service.
Recommendation: Avoid this location until management addresses their food safety and customer service.
