When you take the job as public servant be better prepared to serve the public at their time of need proactively not reactively. Being present and providing calm clear communication with constituents is critical especially in life threatening weather. City Council seems to be lining their pockets, the cash from storage companies, Walmart, threatening to tear down another forest and build a Walmart they already tore down a little forest just to build a storage facility on Tuscavilla.
