Good afternoon I Anthony Anderson was just fired from Wendy's today as of 12/8/2024. I called the manager Rachell yesterday about a family emergency that is personal. I told her because I know how exactly she is when it comes to calling out of work
She told me to go into the group chat and ask if anyone could cover me so to my family emergency no response. So today as of 12/8/24 I text the group this:Good morning everybody do to a family emergency yesterday I will try my best to make in today
I suppose to start at 1 I didn't receive any text from the group of anyone covering for yesterday me and understand. Like I said I will try and make today Today texts from Miss. Rachell Anthony I'm gonna need a doctors note from you covering these last few days you've been gone from what ever facility your mother n law at. I called her at 1:51 today at 12/8/2024 and ask her why did you mention I missed the past few days of work and its only be one day. I mentioned you have to communicate the right way.
Basically she tried to speak over me like I was wrong in a way for saying i was off the past few days and its only been one day and that was yesterday 12/7/2024. Communicating the right way with employees is always a plus when there is a family emergency and especially being a general manager.
My mother n law has a tube implanted in her chest and I had my kids since yesterday and do to that the manager Rachell at Wendy's I was fired because her unprofessional communication with me... Saying that I was out the past few days when it was only a one day.
This lady is not fitted for manager position at Wendy's. I have a mother n law that is dealing with life or death and she help me with my kids and with emergency going to hospital. I stayed out of work with my kids because she take care them. And do to me being fired because the general manager Rachell felt some type way because I corrected her about I Anthony Anderson only missing one day of work and she said the last few days I've been out of work for one day and she said a few days doesn't really right with me The employees respect me at Wendy's as great worker but on the half the general manager need to be removed from her position because I shouldn't be fired about a family emergency.
Few is 3 or more couples is 2. That's easy to understand.
I will be calling the corporation about the general manager Miss Rachell and file complaint about me being fired for nothing because this doesn't make sense for a manager to play with people when they have kids and Especially when there's a family...
Read moreWorst service I have ever experienced. I visited this establishment on Tuesday afternoon and came across the rudest female employees I have ever met. I ordered a meal with a Coke and when the cashier handed me the drink I could tell by the color that it was not a Coke. I politely asked her about it and she lied and said it was. After tasting it and confirming that it in fact wasn’t a Coke, I got out of the car and walked into the establishment hoping that they could change my drink. Upon entering no one made eye contact with me and once I asked one of the female managers if I could get the drink I asked for, she directed me to a rude employee (pink and blue braids) who happened to be the one who handed me the drink and she proceeded to tell me they just didn’t have it. This employee has been very rude before and gives me dirty looks everytime I see her for no reason. That same employee told me she had given the last car before me the last Coke and they only had flavored Cokes instead. I noticed they had a fountain drink machine in the lobby of the restaurant and asked if they had the drink there which the manager proceeded to tell me in a rude way that she didn’t know. When I asked what we could do about it she said “What would you like me to do about it?” in a condescending tone and proceeded to turn her back on me and told her employees to check the fountain machine and hand me a cup… since she couldn’t do it herself. The manager then walked away and we waited around for someone to finally give us a cup so we could get the coke and get out of there. The only helpful and polite employees were the two men working at the time, I would also like to clarify that I go to this establishment pretty frequently and it’s fair to say that I only have issues when a specific group of staff members are working. As someone who was worked in the food service industry I can confidently say that what I was asking for was not that hard nor was I being rude. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incredibly unhelpful. I will not be visiting this...
Read moreNice, new Wendy's with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Let me tell you about my experience with Nina the manager. You cannot use your app reward at the ordering station in the restaurant. I go and ask how to use my app and Nina reluctantly comes over and moves the order to the register. I have my free double stack reward loaded and she scans and says it doesn't work. I show her on the app that it is loaded and ready, she refuses to use it or figure it out. I pick up my order and we had accidentally ordered spicy nuggets instead of regular (my 8 year old cannot eat spicy nuggets). I take them to the counter and she says, "You ordered them that way." Flips the order screen around and shows me. She refuses to exchange the nuggets in a good customer service gesture. We begin eating...no fork for the baked potato. Back to the counter since there are no forks out. Begin eating again. My Double Stack was wrong. Back to the counter. I tell them the burger was supposed to be mustard only. She brings up her screen ready to argue and guess what, they were wrong. Nina reluctantly has another burger made. Through all of this she has the worst attitude and displayed zero customer service. Avoid this Wendy's. It's just not worth it. It's time Wendy's corporate takes a close look at...
