Last night I went to Arbys around 5PM with my mom and boyfriend. My mom orders 2 number 2's double which is 2 double roast beefs and curly fries. Then my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich. When we got our food we sat down and OPENED our sandwich wrapers and see that it was the wrong roast beefs but the chicken was fine. We then go back up and tell the guy that took our order that the sandwiches were wrong. He then put the sandwiches that we had opened BACK which is VERY unsanitary. Especially after we had already opened them. Then the guy who took our order proceeded to tell us that we didnt order 2 roast beefs we ordered 2 roast beefs and cheddar. No we did not. He then told us again what we ordered and what we were saying was wrong. Then the manager came and rerung our order BUT he put the WHOLE ORDER on a whole new trey when we only needed the 2 sandwiches. Then the manager told us we said that the whole order was wrong. Although we did get 3 extra fries which were still cold for the 'inconvenience'. Usually I have no problem with the Arbys drive through but almost every time I go in Arbys they get my order wrong. Read moreAvoid this particular location. The employees are absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The menu items are shoddy. If you don't ask for a napkin you will not receive one. Or anything else if you are not specific. Their bad attitudes start at the top and extend down. Corporate provided me with "Let us make it right " tickets to replace items from a previous purchase.
