Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids

This Domino’s is fantastic at forgetting part of your order and then telling you it’ll be an hour before they will get someone back over to you. So you opt for the fix it next time option. They are supposed to send a certificate, but they don’t send it. Then when you call they tell you that you have to wait for the certificate and the representative even said, “you can’t just call and ask us to fix it three weeks after, you have to wait for the certificate in the mail.” Well I’m sorry but you can’t take my money and borrow it till you decide to send me a certificate. Three weeks is enough time. This is not the first time this location has done this. It has happened numerous times (3rd time in the last year they have screwed up and I have only ordered 6-8 times, mainly because of this). The first time the manager did send me the certificate but now twice in a row they have screwed up and just kept my money that I paid for a product I never received. I've been placing online orders from Dominos since 2020, and I never had any issues until the last few months. Lately, the store isn't even taking online orders most of the time, which stinks because I can't get rewards points by ordering over the phone or cash in my points for free pizza. Today, I was finally able to order online and get my free pizza. The estimated delivery time was 37 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes, it hadn't been delivered yet. The app was also giving an error message every time I checked order progress so I was worried my order hadn't gone through. I called the store and they told me they DID receive my order, but it was still in the "make" line and it would be at least half an hour before it arrived. Last time, when I ordered by phone, delivery was also slower than they estimated, though not THAT slow. After this order, I'm giving up on the Wisconsin Rapids Dominos because it has been a real $h!+ show lately. Just want to say first of all this review is on the food, the staff was perfectly fine.

We wanted to try something different than our usual so we went with Dominoes - I am not sure what it is but the sausage on the pizza tasted like it was some kind of fake sausage. It had an odd texture and just didn't taste good at all. The crust was about the same. we got 4 pizzas (big family) and the general consensus was that "This doesn't taste like real food".

I've had Dominoes Pizza that was amazing, I am not sure if they changed suppliers or what is going on but it will definitely be a while before we go back, if ever. There are plenty of pizza places in Wisconsin Rapids that offer real and great tasting pizza's that we can order.
