Wixom Bar — Restaurant in Wixom

If you’re a person of color, or a biracial couple stay away from this racist bar. I came to this bar with my boyfriend to have a good time as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The people is very rude I was sitting at the bar, the lady behind the bar told me I couldn’t sit there cause someone else was. I seen nobody sit there. I got up and moved to another seat, she said someone sitting there too. I only find it odd how she told me to get up and not my boyfriend ( he’s white )Apart of both us made us feel like it was racially motivated. Came here for a friend's bachelor party. The food was top notch and the staff is sharp. I messed with our waitress because bachelor party fun and she didn't skip a beat. Awesome environment, great food, amazing service! My only gripe was that they didn't have crown apple, but honestly it's not that common of a drink (I guess) and we ended up doing fireballs at a reasonable price anyways. So as a previous long time resident I would say this was a great addition to the Wixom night life. Definitely a much nicer enviroment than some of the other spots I used to have to resort to locally. I was here only once, on a Saturday evening around 7-8pm. I had a good cocktail - Tito's and cranberry juice, and my friend had bottled beer. Bartender/cook was fine. The place was clean, but a bit warm inside - doors open, no a.c. on. The only other person there was an old, sloppy drunk guy, until three young men came in and ordered food - fried fish looked good. GENUINE neighborhood dive bar; definitely not the hipster style...
