Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Woburn

I wanted to come on here and express our gratitude to Brothers Pizza. Yesterday Woburn Pop Warner held a cheer competition that had 6000 people come through as spectators, cheerleaders and coaches. Brothers pizza supplied us with pizza, chicken fingers and French fries to sell. Not only did they give us an amazing deal, they also delivered fresh hot food every hour. With no complaints when we had questions about allergies, etc. I highly recommend them for any function. They thanked us for giving them the opportunity to serve the Woburn community but what they truly deserve is the community to now support them. They have definitely earned a new customer from me. I wish I could give zero stars, but i can't. I ordered a gyro dinner. The only edible part were the fries- the lamb was over cooked and there was no tatziki suace. As toppings there was limp, hot lettuce and a tomato. I called Brothers to ask for a refund and was told to contact grub hub. Grub Hub was awesome (as usual) and called - they were told no go on the refund. I called Brothers back myself and was told, once again, contact grub hub. Loooong story of back and forth, Grub Hub came through and got me the refund. I will NEVER order from here again. I understand food can come out once in a while under par, but the customer service...

Bad customer service. I order from this place constantly but one day my order took over an hour and all my fries were burnt and hard. I spoke to a manager, he agreed to comp the meal. When I ordered again, mind you I always ask the drivers to not ring or knock on the door bell. Of course the driver knocks then asked me to pay for it cash. I then called the manager and he told me to $2. $2 for what?? I honestly used to love this place but I'm over it. My food was messed up and the drivers DONT FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. I told them to just keep the food. It's not about the $2 it's about...
