Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woburn

I used to regular this store on my way to work everyday. Until today. I accidentally sent my mobile order to an incorrect store. That’s completely my fault and I took accountability at the counter. The cashier told me it wouldn’t be an issue and proceeded to make my order for me. That was until (I’m assuming the manager) barked at her proclaiming that that’s “not what they do” after the fact I was already told that it wasn’t an issue and my order was already being prepared. Love this Dunkin. The ladies got their collective "stuff" together when it comes to taking your order. It's always quick and correct. And I appreciate that. From the lady at the register who sounds like she's smoked 1000 Marb lights and calls you "sweetheart" or "honey", to the nice hijab wearing woman that makes your breakfast sandwich. I go here once a week like clockwork. And unlike a LOT of other Dunkies, the coffee doesn't taste like battery acid that's been filtered through a burnt sock. Seriously Du-Dos.... WHY DOES YOUR COFFEE TASTE LIKE IT'S BURNT AND OLDER THAN METHUSELAH 50% OF THE TIME AT 75% OF YOUR LOCATIONS? Inquiring minds...

Unfortunately, my experience was a major letdown. I stopped by for some munchkins and coffee, but what I saw was appalling. There were flies buzzing around inside the fridge where the donuts were stored. I immediately informed the staff and, of course, discarded the munchkins I had purchased. Given the clear lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, I wouldn't trust this place with my food. Flies in the fridge are a huge red flag, especially when it comes to food safety and public health.
