Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woburn

We are from out of town and have ordered from this dunkin twice this week thru Uber eats. Both times I have ordered an americano with French vanilla cream and sugar, and both times it has came black. The sticker on the side of my cup shows exactly what I ordered and is correct, I'm not sure if it is incompetence or pure laziness. When I called them to address the issue I was told if you come in we will give you a new cofee..... so this means I have already paid for Uber eats TWICE now,and for me to get to dunkin I will have to order a Uber and then another Uber to get back to my hotel. So for one cup of coffee it is going to cost me over 60 dollars between ordering it twice paying Uber eats and now ubering to and from... If this dunkin cared about customer service they would either refund my money for atleast one of the orders or send another Uber eats to my hotel. I honestly wish I could...

No drive through.. they've had one employee ask me if I wanted my cream cheese on the bagel, and he was from another location just helping out. I'm paying for a bagel WITH cream cheese, I'm usually on the go, so this is pretty important.
