Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wolcott

Contrary to other reviews, I think that this Dunkin' is better than others close by. I like the drive-thru option, the all day breakfast items are decent, the coffee is pretty good, and the preorder option for me is an added plus. However, the prices are really high comparatively speaking, and the orders aren't necessarily correct. And over toasting a croissant leads to a nightmare "crumby" breakfast sandwich. Additionally, the hours posted online are incorrect:. every day, the hours are 4:00 am- 9:00 pm, not 10:00 pm (which I discovered the hard way; went to pick up an order at 9:15 pm on 12/4/18 and it was a ghost town. Not sure why the App didn't forewarn me as it usually does). Anyway, the staff is friendly! Oops, I take that back! I've been here twice over the past week, spent over $30.00 5his morning, and the red headed which who served me gave me a really hard time about what I ordered!! Ordered 2 iced coffee from this location which was very sweet and had no coffee in it barely what so ever. I called the location to see what could happen the Manager then said to come in they will remake it. When I got to the store he started looking at the iced coffee and said well it’s because you ordered 4 liquid sugars and 5 creams. First of all the customer is always right no matter what you shouldn’t be arguing with a customer. 2 the guy that made the coffee which I was watching him make my coffee and he barley put iced coffee in it on top of that the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. Then the manager started arguing with me in the store on how he’s been doing it longer than me. I order this coffee everyday from other Dunkin’s and it has never tasted or been like this. I was asked if my Dunkin Donuts experience has changed... let me count the ways. Dunkin Donuts is now rebranded. It's just Dunkin now. Why oh why would they do that. Did they hire the firm that reformulated Coca Cola? Many reading probably do not now about Cokes re-gigering of the Coke formula. Let's say that it wasn't a good idea. Was Dunkin ashamed of their donuts? I can't even say the new name. Don't get me wrong. I like the coffee very much. It's a good cup. Maybe Dunkin Coffee? I am not happy with the limited variety of donuts now. I am not always happy with the quality of the donuts. Tried the new Watermelon Donut? Must be the people from Coke again. Don't get me going.
