Guallpa's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

We use to go every time we went to Edison. My friend knew the people there so we gave them our business. NEVER AGAIN. I went in with my 5 year old while my husband and 14 year old shopped at the Subzi Mandi next door. Before I could order my kid started dancing and begging for the bathroom. Fine. We went, had to wait for a couple of women to finish. There was toilet paper on the floor and pee on the seat. 5 year old is desperate. So I quickly wiped it down. Finish and go to order. The young ‘woman’ behind the counter walked away as soon as we got there to check the bathroom. Storms back and picks up the phone to complain about the mess is in the bathroom and how she isn’t going to clean it because she already cleaned the bathroom that day. She went on ranting about not allowing anyone use the bathroom if they aren’t customers, regardless if they are old or a kid. She was angry from that point. I ordered the pizza anyway. She huffed and puffed the entire time. I was waiting for the pizza and my husband calls to say our oldest was coming over to use the restroom ((she needed a feminine product from my purse, that I had!)) So she comes and I pass my purse to her. Now, we were at the beach most of the day... keep this in mind. THE ENTIRE TIME she was in there (a 14 year old) the huffing and puffing girl behind the counter is complaining in Spanish over the phone about my daughter using the bathroom. Hey guess what, I understand Spanish! She is ranting about her taking too long, she isn’t a customer, this is so stupid. She then starts complaining to A CUSTOMER. My daughter finally comes out and I was so enraged. Now, my daughter did take awhile because she had a bathing suit on and had to take it off to take care of her feminine time of the month. And, because we were at the beach she had a lot of sand on her. So she took a bunch of toilet paper to swipe up as much as she could to not leave a mess behind. So, angry ranting Spanish girl. You are so severely unprofessional even for a pizza place. Ranting about CUSTOMERS (myself and my kids) using the bathroom, in front of customers and then directly to customers, falsely accusing us of leaving the mess to random people and complaining about a 14 year old taking too long... really? Should she have left all the sand? She is a kid still, but more mature than you were. On top, the pizza was burnt. The crust was like a dried out cracker. Worst place and employees, I hosted Indian many parties of friends and business associates( don’t eat Onion garlic) and try supporting local businesses. But the experience, attitude and disrespectful staff is just shocking. Had a party ordered in person and needed a pizza for a group. I have been coming here for years and come for the special buy 2 get 1 free. They refused to give me my free pizzas after ordering 6 pies. They said instead of pizza they gave me a discount which they didn’t mention. The guy with soft voice was so disgusting with the situation. Never will I go here or recommend anyone. Had to run to Singas to get more pizza. As a business owner this is not how you do business and also ask for receipt. They try to hide cash by not showing. Will be reporting them. Had bad experience with their billing system. First they don't provide receipt at counter. When you ask for bill they will text you with third part link which u receive after few mins. So no way u can check the actual amount you are charged @ counter. After 2-3 days when I checked my CC transaction details they charge me $ 7.00 more then what it should be. When checked text message for receipt, it showed different amount which was $ 5 less than what was i charged on my credit card. It was a mess. Have disputed the charges with my CC provider.
