Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Woodburn

Carl's Jr. has always been my first choice if we go out to get fast food. So I was pretty excited to find this location after we moved to town. We've been here multiple times and had an okay experience.. I have to say the locations back home had nicer service. But our food has always been fine. Our last visit was on November 1st at 10:30pm. The team member taking our order was a young lady and she was super impatient. She interrupted me multiple times. I understand most people probably already know what they want, but my brother happened to be with us. He's non-verbal and sometimes it takes me a second to get his order translated from sign language. Despite the fact that there were no cars behind us and it took us maybe 2 minutes to tell her our order, she continued to rush us, asking if we were "done yet" I was so frustrated I didn't order food for myself and pulled forward. She did not greet us at the window, as she was busy tickling another team member. Finally, the guy she was tickling came to the window and took my payment. He was very polite, but that was overshadowed by her spewing profanities in the background.

It's been 2 weeks since our visit, I wanted to wait before posting my review so that I could decide whether or not we'd be back. At this point, we won't. I hope our cashier (oddly not named on my receipt, but her name tag said either Bianca or Blanca.. I couldn't read her handwriting) is a bit more mindful about her behavior in front of future customers. My brother felt humiliated and I was disappointed. I know it's just fast food, but your attitude has a greater impact than you realize, and patience...

Highly disappointed in tonights service. We have never had a problem with Carl's jr. Things are always great, that changed tonight. I had to tell the poor kid in drive thru 3 times what my order was. Which is fine I get it, they were busy. He finally got it right on the screen. To bad it's where it stayed. My husband wanted one of the meal boxes offered the triple. .we got a double but paid for a triple. My son wanted the bbq chicken sandwich what we ordered. He got the club. Got my order decided to check because it seemed really light. I pulled over into one of the vacant stalls to check. (Didnt want to hold up drive through) yup missing fries and a cookie that came with our meals. So back into the drive thru I go. Finally get back to the window. The original kid who helped me disappeared when he seen me. A diff guy came. He was very rude. I said nicely that my fries were missing and the cookie from the all star meal deal. He rolled his eyes and proceeded to get the rest of my order. Watched him throw the fries in the bag and could tell he was mad he had to do it. I just wanted what I paid for. I was not mean to them. I get it they were busy things happen. I was fine with that. But to act like I put you out and to act the way you did was disheartening. I hope you see this or a manager. Horrible service tonight. Will be a long time before we come back to Carl's jr. Hope they can correct it next time with less attitude to the next customer. Fyi carbonation needs changed for...

Worst service ever. If the manager sees this: whoever was working on Sunday Aug 29th around 8pm were rude, slow, and had their friends in the kitchen being obnoxious and distracting (and violating OSHA rules) I’m sorry that you can’t find better workers than that, my 14 year old sister could work faster by herself than the 3 idiots that were there yesterday put together. I was working for DoorDash and they made me wait 20+ min for orders that were sitting on the counter in the kitchen the whole time, food was cold by the time they handed it over and only filled the drinks halfway and wouldnt mark off which drink goes with which order, these customers pay way too much for that BS. And I could’ve made $40+ on delivering other orders in the time it took them to give me this single order. Will not be taking any more DoorDash orders from this restaurant and will not be eating there myself either knowing that any greasy teenager can walk back there and...
