McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodburn

Went by to get some mcflurrys for my kids and a meal for my dad but I also ended up buying something for myself too and my son a happy meal which I asked for Apple juice and the gogurt. Drive through was packed waited for about 15 to 20 minutes until I got to the window to pay and the guy was not even there he then showed up and it took him like 2 to 3 minutes to open the window for him to take my payment. We then pulled to the second window to get our order. The girl there gave us our mcflurrys first, she then gave us our two drinks and after our meals but she didn't even know if the meals were for us because she was the one the but the orders in the bag and was the manager which she never even told the cashier what was in them and what else was it missing the manager just walked of and left them there. There wasn't no communication what so ever. We got home started to take our my sons kids meal where I saw the juice and gogurt wasn't even there I called pissed off because had waited for so long and we didn't live close by that McDonald's and the manager on duty says I could give you your juice when you come by again and I was like no you don't get the whole point you guys had me wait for close to 20 minutes and then you don't give me everything I order. then she was like well I will your drink when you come by again I'm try to help you. I was like this is so stupid and you stupid you don't get it.. And she then told me I'm not going to help you and hanged up. I got even more pissed off.. She never apologized or said sorry that you waited so long. No APOLOGY what so ever.. Never expect anything thing good from the so called "Manager Michelle" that's the night...

I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's on Newberg highway Woodburn Oregon. It was 11:00 a.m. . Should be when lunch is coming out nice and fresh. My hamburger was what I called dead meat it was even crispy around the edges needless to say I ate about a quarter of the hamburger because I was hungry it didn't want to go back through the drive-thru I have a feeling I wouldn't have gotten any better of food so this hamburger had to been on the grill for some time meaning they were preparing for a lunch rush but apparently they overprepared and nasty french fries were undercooked as usual but to make it even worse they were cold. This location has a serious problem with undercooked french fries they need to add another minute to the fries 30 seconds at the least to get the proper french fry. I was restaurant manager most of my life and I understand food cost I understand labor. You do great on pulling it through you get everybody in and out of that drive-thru pretty darn good the food is less than satisfactory. I usually Go to the Burger King next door their food is excellent.their drive-through service is terrible. I was in a hurry so I decided to go ahead and try McDonald's again. Such a disappointment waste of money waste of my time I should have went through Burger King and sat there for 20 minutes at least I would have got something good to eat. I just don't understand how the meat was dead at 11:00 a.m. . If it was my restaurant I wouldn't have it. Okay so I made a mobile order and I got 2 happy meals and 2 mcchickens , McDouble large fries and Big Mac (mcchickens and one happy meal(no onions and mustard w/ cheese for me. Okay so it took a little long to get the food and 1 one of the happy meals had cheese and no onions or mustard with the cheeseburger and apple slices, and the other had just a normal cheese burger and extra fries instead of apple slices. So I get the food we go home and the other happy meal was for the baby’s to share. I decide I want one of the mcchicken on the way home and it was cold frickig cold, but I’m like whatever it doesn’t really matter that much to me. But when we get home my aunt hands her babies there happy meal but splits there hamburger and I don’t realize there’s had cheese and after I finished my 2 mcchickens I wanna dig into my happy meal and my cheese burger doesn’t have cheese and without onions it was a normal cheese burger. And they already put there gross salivary mouths on my cheeseburger and there hands including my aunts when she cut it. I don’t get how they would mix up the happy meals, because one had my cheeseburger and extra fries and the other had a hamburger and my apple slices this makes me so mad I really wanted that...
