Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Woodbury

This is the second time in a row now that I called ahead and arrived 25 mins later to pick up and the food was not ready for another 20 mins. In the meantime about a dozen more customers come and went getting the prepped hot and ready pizzas. What a joke. All I am ordering is one pizza with two toppings. What is the malfunction? Calling ahead is meant to prevent the food from being made the moment you walk in the door. Also they mentioned on the phone the food would be ready in 15 mins. I also had ordered a six piece wing order and they brought out the pizza and you guessed it no wings. So they started them also after the pizza.

Ok. Update. I brought the pizza home and began to eat it despite the deep dish being half the normal size in depth. Turns out it was under cooked. I was able to pull out uncooked dough from the crust. So not only were they unable to complete an over the phone they could not even own up to the fact they just plain forgot. They literally started to prepare it the moment I walked in the door. So now I'm heating up the oven to complete the apparently difficult cooking process.

Incompetent. Good luck guys your going to need it.

Another Update: so 3 years later I decided to give them another try. Called ahead. Dude said 20 minutes. I Arrived 30 minutes later. Waited for another 5 minutes until someone asked what I ordered. Just one pizza with two toppings. She walked away. Waited about 5 more minutes and was asked again what I ordered and the girl walked away. So does that mean they didn’t start it? Who knows I left. I give up on this place.

Also while I was there another customer came in to pick up his order and they tried to give him the wrong wings with his pizza. They asked if it was ok and he said “not really” I loled. Also another couple left without any food and said they were going to Pizza Hut. Lmao this place fails so hard it’s incredible. Seriously how is it still an open business at this point I’m baffled.

Edit. Another update. I think I’ll try this place once every two years. So today I called. At noon. Let the phone ring for five minutes. Lol. FIVE minutes. No answer. No order. No money. Still a failure. No change.

Another update: year later. called to place order. Phone message says not taking orders over the phone and download app. I download app try to order 1 deep dish pizza with 2 toppings. I can’t order 2 toppings on the app. Wow! It seems that it’s not just this location that has difficulty but the entire franchise management. Your telling me an entire pizza restaurant nobody thought to add an option for more than one topping? It’s kind of funny actually. Once again...

Pizza is good but this location is a freaking disaster. Dont know if they changed owners or management but the last 6 months they have been horrible to deal with. Sometime have to call multiple times for them to pick up. Order ahead and still have to wait 45 minutes when I get to the store for one half and half pizza! Then it seems like most of the managers on there have no idea what they are doing. Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza costs 6 dollars. The pepperoni pizza costs 6 dollars. But somehow a half and half costs 8 dollars! They said it's a cheese with an added topping! And they actually argued with me about it. A 6 dollar pizza with only half the pepperoni and they charge me extra. Been coming here for 6 years but hate the thought of dealing with...

It takes a lot for me to make any complaint public. I worked in pizza long enough to know shi. happens. No problem. But mistake after mistake. Almost every order I have had to call in. Short sauces that were paid for, short desserts, shorted drinks. Tonight, shorted sodas, the side sauces, the deep dish pizzas had no sauce on the pizza-completely random. But yet sent a cheese pizza we didn't want. Guess what, discounted again. If I want discounts on stuff I don't get I know where to call. But I don't, I want what we order or I wouldn't order it. Ordering delivery through their app means when your order is incorrect your only option is the discount. All I can do is put my hands up and...
