Viva la Pizza — Restaurant in Woodland Park

We ordered a pizza and 2 slices for our son. The order was placed at 4:57 PM. My Wife asked the girl how long it would take before we placed the order. We had a dog training session for our dog at 6:30 that we couldn't miss. The girl on the phone told us 40 minutes max. Now, while you're reading this keep in mind this place is exactly 1.1 miles from our home. Let me say that again. 1.1 miles. So at 6:00 PM still no delivery. We call at 6:00, and the same girl says they should be on there way. The delivery driver shows up at 6:12 when we're about to walk out the door. By the way, they showed up with only half of order. After getting to our house 1 hour and 15 minutes later. That again is 1.1 miles from our home. We sent the half of the order they did bring back. Then the manager or owner called us and said how rude it was to send it back. So we told him we or anyone we know will no longer be eating from your place. Then he says word for word "I don't want you kind of people eating here". I don't even know what that was intended to mean. This was the third and last time something like this has happened. I made an impromptu stop on my way home from work and asked the girl at the counter about the available pizza slices. I picked three, and after she placed them in the oven, I asked to add garlic knots. She repeated, “Garlic knots?” and I confirmed, “Yes.”

When it was time to pay, the total was around $19. I was surprised but assumed it included the three slices and garlic knots, so I didn’t question it. After receiving my order and walking to my car, I noticed the garlic knots were missing. I went back in and asked about them. The girl told me I hadn’t ordered them but could add them now. That’s when I realized I had paid $19 for just three slices.

It was frustrating, while I should’ve asked for prices, I expected to pay maybe $12 max. I declined the garlic knots because I didn’t want to spend more, especially after thinking they were already included.

The food was great, but make sure to ask for prices. It looks like slices run...

I have enjoyed many a meal while mostly dining in for dinner and had alot of lunch takeout, I tried calling them several times and there was no answer, it was difficult trying to drive to them due to a heavy rainstorm and emergency road construction but I figured it was worth the extra effort. When I arrived I saw the open sign on so as I went in another customer walking in ahead of me held the door open for me, she was picking up a pizza. The lady with the long black hair and glasses was on a personal call on the store phone , I waited for her to get off, she should have immediately told me they close early on Thursdays??? She didn't even offer to sell me the pizza that was still sitting in the case, bad customer service and rude, the guy behind the counter didn't even bother to speak to me. I would have been on my way to a different pizza place...
