Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Woodland

I received a gift card for this "facility"... I won't use the term restaurant... So I went to pick a family dinner for four people. After having to repeat a rather simple order multiple times over, to the point my language was almost comically exaggerated, I thought we had finally got the order correct. Two meals, two individual burgers and one large fry should not take four or five minutes to order. (Whether the problem was due to poor equipment or the obvious language barrier, I can't say) I pulled forward and paid, the girl working the window and taking orders was very polite, but seemed a little overwhelmed. I was asked to park out front and wait for my food. After nearly ten minutes, she brought my food out, but had forgotten the drinks. During the five minutes I had to wait for two sodas, I examined my receipt and realized that literally not one single portion of my order was correct...except the drinks. I'd already been here for more than twenty minutes at this point, and my card had already been charged for the incorrect items, so I just wanted to get home. When I finally received my drinks, I realized that one of them was barely 2/3 full. The employee was already gone, so I just left and headed home. But the drama doesn't end there. Once I got home, food was divided up and I realized that like my soda, the fries were all barely filled. Between two large fries a d one medium fry, I probably had the equivalent of three small fries... cold soggy fries. And to top it all off, the chicken sandwich's party was not even fully cooked but nearly burnt on the outside. It was actually pink inside and cold to the touch. I rarely write negative reviews unless I feel it was totally warranted, and in this case, it was...

I honestly was very grossed out i came into this location and saw a lady I did not know was having trouble buying her food so I offered to help. And I did. Then I went and ordered what I wanted. I waited probably 10 minutes and saw the people in the back working then in the lobby some guy was just starring at me smiling in a laughing kind of way. When I got my food my onion rings had a bunch of salt poured on them and my burger I bought had some kind of stuff on it I can't even explain I honestly didn't even eat it. It was so gross . I was told there fountain drink machine wasn't working and they had to get my drink and then they gave me some colored straw. I later on called to speak to someone about this and im not sure if it is because it was the person who helped me answered or what but when I brought it to their attention she said we dont do stuff like that. That's not how our onion rings are made. They didn't even offer to give me a refund or apologize. At this point I honestly do not trust fast food and I just want this to be made known so others can be aware for themselves. But yeah very gross...

Awful, absolutely awful. I had the Charbroiled Chicken Club. It was smothered with what seemed like a half an inch of mayo on both sides. The chicken, if you could call it that, had a very chewy, slimy texture. It made me so nauseous I couldn't finish it, even after using a dozen napkins to wipe the mayo off.

What has happened to Carl's Jr.? The food used to be consistent; you knew what you were going to get. The chicken was marinated just right, it tasted like chicken with a hint of being charbroiled, and was very juicy. The price is outrageous, too. Almost $30 for 2 people. I could almost have gone to a sit down restaurant for this price. I will never order this again, in fact I may never go to a Carl's again. Very...
