I Love Teriyaki — Restaurant in Woodland

My last review of this resturant was 5 stars, I am revising it now.. Seems as though the last 6 months the quality of the food and the attention to detail has steadily gone down hill, When I asked for my meat to be cooked well done in the past I received crispy edges on my meat, now it looks exactly the same as the meat that isn't well done. I don't know where the ladies are that used to work the business? But I wish they'd return. This is my past review...................There are 3 I love teriyakis that I know of in the area.... Comparing them is like comparing a Yugo to a Maserati.... The Woodland location is the only 1 I will eat after having unfavorable experiences at both the other locations. The staff is courteous, friendly, and the food prep area is always neat and tidy. My order is pretty specific and now when I call they don't let me finish my order because they finish it for me... LoL Try the pork plate cooked well done, the edges of the meat are crispy while the center is still tender and juicy... This place is definitely worth taking a trip...

Delicious!! I was staying in town for a few days at a hotel while I was evacuated from my home due to raging fires in California. My family and I decided to try this place after reading all the other stellar reviews. They were not lying!! The food here is so good! We tried the veggie tempura, which, honestly, is probably best eaten at the restaurant because of the nature of tempura, it doesn't travel well. The steam condenses in the to-go box, and contributes to the tempura becoming soggy. Even though it wasn't crispy by the time we ate it, it still had great flavor, and I can't complain because it was my fault, not theirs! We also had teriyaki chicken & sesame chicken with white rice, and teriyaki chicken with noodles, which also came with a side of rice. Both were excellent. Watched food get manhandled bare handed!!! Everything was worn down. Restaurant looked disgusting!!! I ordered a plate and my “steamed” veggies were RAW. Some leaves and raw broccoli i tell you. My friend ordered a spicy chicken noodle plate and she got fried chicken bites with NO SAUCE and cold noodles. She went to the register to ask for a new plate with what she asked for and he told her to put the siracha packets on the chicken!!! The picture clearly showed the sauce on the chicken. They were just lazy!!! Before I could even place and pay for my order, I watched the food get picked up and eaten WHILE cooking...
