Wednesday, April 5, 2017. 9:45p.m. Went through the drive thru. We got an ultimate chicken sandwich and the #12 chicken strip dinner. I don't have any expectations for fast food. But the staff did a terrible job. The chicken sandwich was ordered deluxe. It came with pickles and sauce and Thats it. The number 12 was cold. It had one old onion ring that tasted like powdered sugar. The rest was filled in with tater tots and there was random fries and scrap from the deep fryer in my box of food. It seemed to me that they just used what ever had been sitting around. I paid $17 and some change for this garbage food. It should be no surprise that I had no desire to go back and have it fixed. Given the poor quality of the food I wouldn't expect that your staff could fix it anyways. So congratulations to the staff who made our food tonight. You went below the expectations for fast food quality. Which is less than zero. Thank you for the surprising and unexpectedly terrible food. Really love this Sonic I was super glad when they had reopened this place because it was a bummer when the owner had closed it down. That was a while ago though I believe it was even pre covid say hurray that it survived that. I do enjoy their burgers quite a lot as for some reason they a very filling and there's something about the cheese they use that just seems to be more filling. The tots are excellent definitely a welcoming change of pace from the usual French fries. My personal favorite of course is getting the Route 44 strawberry limeade. For those of you who don't know the route 44 is the biggest drink they have perhaps 44oz but double check me on that. There are a plethora of different drink combinations that you can create not even including the milk shakes and ice creams, but the strawberry limeade is my favorite if not just because of the bits of strawberry that is added...

I have visited this place maybe 10 times over the last few years 👎🏾 why so few you might ask because my initial visit was not pleasant😔 so I'm always reluctant 🤔 to go there and every single time I pump myself up to go there it's the exact same problem my order is wrong 👎🏾 😔😔😔😡😠 1 time a really cool manager gave me some free drink tokens for my troubles ☺ that was cool but today I went there to feed the family real quick I ordered 5 of those burger & tots combos I received my food and drove off in a hurry only to get up the street & realise I'm missing 4 burgers 😠 I turn around & go back alert a staff member of the situation & the burgers were nowhere to be found, it has only been 5 mins since I received the food and came back so my burgers should be sitting there 🤔 did they not make them? or did they give them away?🤔🤔🤔 I asked for a refund received it and proceeded...
