Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Woodland

Terrible service. Been getting worse over the past couple of years. This place used to be 5 star, but these days its barely 3 stars. Stopped at the drive thru on 8/7/23 and tried to order a combo #1, but had such a hard time trying to communicate with the woman on the speaker that I just gave up and drove away mid-order. She would just sit there in silence for literally minutes, so annoying. So I left and went to the delicious La Kora taco truck instead where I could better communicate with the person at the window. Cant wait until her job is replaced by an AI bot... its much closer than...

For $10.00 dollars, I got a charbroiled yardbird (that's chicken for those who are not hip... :D), a side salad, and a large drink. Not bad, cost wise that is. What I really like is they'll allow me to substitute a salad for fries, and that Carl's has a menu item where they don't cook everything in a deep fryer. I think it's about as good as one can get, health conscious wise. As for their food quality, it's great! Tastes good, and I personally think it's "one up" on the place that calls themselves the "golden arches." Anyways, my belly is full and I didn't eat a bunch...

Terrible service. Everybody in woodland agrees that this place is ran like garbage. Been here every month or so hoping that it would improve. Today, I find that my loaded breakfast burrito meal came with cold hash browns and a burrito with only eggs. Yup. No hash browns, no cheese or anything. Before this, my father got a superstar...but it came without cheese. This is one time of many experiences, and indeed, the LAST TIME until I hear some serious changes are made. Who the heck is running this place? Why isn't corporate hammering...
