McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodland

I used to always like this McDonald's a lot growing up but there's something going on currently with this specific location regarding their inflated prices because I just went here the other day and all I ordered was a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, a large fries and a large chocolate shake and just that alone was already $15 when in the past it wasn't nearly that much and I didn't order anything crazy or outlandish at all and I don't believe other McDonalds locations are this expensive at all so because of that I have to give this location a low rating now even though they have expanded and you can enter from either Court Street or Main Street in Woodland and they have a really big parking lot which is good obviously but with their exorbitant price gouging even with the current inflation I just can't recommend this location anymore plus I'm not a big fan of automation regarding the screens inside where you order yourself instead of a person actually taking your orders which takes jobs away from human beings so I think I'm just going to stay home and not eat fast food anymore because fast food just isn't affordable anymore like it used to be and for the most part it's just not worth it...

Very disappointed!! Yesterday I went around noon and order some food for the family through the drive thru and they had me drive to the side to wait for my food to be done, 10 mins passed 20 mins passed then finally a crew member walks out to bring the food to only realize that it’s not even my food it was the car behind. So I told the guy I been here almost 30 min and I still haven’t received my order, he did let me know that they were short staff and apologized on his behalf Of course I didn’t take it out on him I understood so I parked my car in the front and walked in myself to ask what was going on only to realize that they never made my food and just cleared my order out of their screen that’s were I got a little more upset after waiting almost 35mins they wanted me to wait to have it done. So I kindly asked the girl (Stephanie) to give me my refund back and as I was asking that I did not want my refund back to my card I wanted it cash because I did not have the time to wait 3-7 days for it to go back to my card she gave me a horrible attitude back she didn’t even know what she was doing when giving a refund back she had me wait 10 more min instead of getting...

Drive through staff is not the friendliest to say the least. Also, online it says they are open until 1am but I went at 12:15 and I guess it was an automated message that greeted me over the speaker saying " Hello welcome to McDonald's what can I get started for you" And I had already completed my order through the app when the actual worker comes across and says Hi I'm sorry we're closed and we're close and I asked her about it telling her why already did my order on The app so how can you guys be closed it wouldn't let me if you guys were closed with it and she said I don't know but We're Closed. I said I already ordered through the app so can I get my food please I already ordered And paid through the app to which she replied no you couldn't have because I don't have Anything on my end so we are closed goodbye. And that's not the 1st time the drive-through staff has been quite rude to me. Other than that I mean it's a McDonald's the foods OK except For I've gotten cold fries from them on more than one occasion and when I ask them to replace them with hot fries I get eye rolls Only reason I'm giving them a 3 is because it's McDonald's and McDonald's...
