While deciding what I could eat for lunch today, I saw this place when driving by Home Depot to jack in the box where for some reason my paid for order disappeared and there was no trace of having paid for anything, so I decided to go to Muchas Gracias to get a burrito. I saw they had shrimp, and asked if they had the super burrito version - they did, so I ordered the shrimp super burrito. Almost half way through the burrito I gave up on the next bite having any shrimp at all - it was turning out to be mostly rice as i counted only 4 small cocktail shrimp since I began to eat it. Now I'm at a motel where I can look to see how many more shrimp could be inside the burrito with mostly rice that they charged me $EIGHTEEN+ for...
I'm going to look for shrimp now and include a photo, and I may demand a refund.. other reviews of this restaurant embellish fact of there having been very generous servings of meat in the burritos, and as much as beef costs, it sounds like Muchas Gracias is going for broke - gonna take a second mortgage out on your burritos just to stuff em full. ..
The burritos don't need be skimpy on the meat of any kind, so let's see how much shrimp is inside the better part of more than half the burrito..
Forget the photo - 8 shrimp in an $18+ burrito????
Where's the sour cream, and the guacamole?
I ORDERED A SUPER BURRITO, NOT A LOPS SPECIAL
DAMNIT, Lop...

Food- pretty good! Aside from them slapping lettuce on or near everything we'd ordered, things were tasty. My chimichanga was a fried burrito of yum with fabulous meats and spices inside. Was huge- took half home in a container provided.
Service- fairly boring. Except they bring it out to you. Being one of two parties present at the time, it wasn't busy but it was nice to just go sit. Now if you're going to whine about the fine china used, be forewarned: ours came out on the finest Chinet (paper plates) known to man. Enchilada came out in a plastic tray, presumably to not wilt with the sauce.
Ambiance- well it's a barely remodeled fast food joint. Seemed like it anyways. Like I said, it's the cuts so I'd never really come out here before. Not on purpose anyways.
Had no smells of cleaners of any sorts so okay! Reading this place used to be a Burger King. Sounds about correct. Service counter looks exactly like a fast food restaurant.
Wouldn't be my first choice if looking to experience cuisine like no other. It's solid, though, and those street tacos may be (wait for it) FIRE. There, I tried to be hip. Don't think it worked. Try this place if out in the sticks. It's just a little further out there...
Read moreIf you’re wondering, yes the restaurant is in the old Burger King by Home Depot. It is very similar but they just opened so the owner said stay tuned.
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and service was on point especially for a restaurant that is mainly to go.
The food is flavorful but the chile relleno and enchiladas was ice cold in the middle to the point we had to say something. The enchiladas were good in flavor and so was the relleno but was very batter heavy. Willing to try them again to see if these things change. Ps...
