Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Woodland

Whenever you want any kind of coffee, blended, or mixed beverage of the like you are bound to get a great option you'll be happy with at the Dutch Bros locations. This one included. As most of their menu is standardized your favorite(s) will be waiting there for you. Furthermore, there are always seasonal changes going on so you may find something fun and different.

The pricing is similar to most larger chain coffee shops, so expect to pay a little more for the more complex drinks. Yet, if you are still drinking your coffee straight rocket fuel, without anything in it (Black coffee with 3-5 extra espresso shots), like me, then you'll find the purchase price isn't much different relatively speaking to any other coffee house.

Moreover, of you are the type of person who does not add anything to their coffee you may find that Dutch Bros. taste, along those lines, is 'off' or not what your expecting necessarily. There may be a bitterness underlying or in the aftertaste, having the familiar taste of caribou coffee or similar to me. While I do not prefer the taste of Dutch Bros coffee over, say, Pete's Coffee (just to reference another chain's coffee I like). I do enjoy and order coffees from various locations, across state lines, of theirs. Still, this is why I gave the "food" aspect of this review 4 stars, rather than 5.

For those who are lactose intolerant like me, you've got some nice choices available. There is almond, oat, and soy milk. I prefer the oat milk in blended 911's on the rare occasions I get them; they help on scorching heat days.

As each location will inherently differ, your experience may as well; having encountered as much myself already. Which is why I had to give this location a 3 star for it's "atmosphere." Unfortunately, the music from inside was so loud, and was never turned down, that I could not hear the employee, or they I, until they leaned out the window and spoke really loud over it. Making the process to order frustrating. Which, was additionally exacerbated by the employees trying to make small talk and conversation while the order was made. In simple terms, it's just not pleasant to yell like that as a means to speak with anyone.

Nevertheless, this is a nice Dutch Bros location, with all the familiarities you expect, some possible happy drink discoveries, friendly staff, and is easy to find from the street. All-in-all, it will be...

There was lady there today September 20, at her pm shift with glasses green eyes or blue eyes, blonde hair that was in a pony tail, not once smiled or had good service, she was being disrespectful, I had told her my order in a normal tone I wanted to repeat it just to be sure she got it, and when I told her the second drink she said “ yea I already know” in a rude manner. Then she had said what drink had the whip cream and I had just told her the order and that she claimed she “already knew”, which it had the whip cream. Then she ask me again in a arrogant manner “no what had the whip cream and i said I just told you the order, and she then said idk what’s ur problem and that im not serving to you and to leave. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what she goes through it does not give her a right to speak to me that way when she is at work! I’m a nurse and I help people in need, I also had work in customer service before and I have never treated someone that way when ordering, i hope she dose not treat people like that on a daily basis but I did go to the other Dutch bros after that happened and because I’m a good person they gave me a free drink, it’s all about the person...

One of the worst representation of customer service and prejudice I have ever experienced inn my life .If it could be zero no star that is how ad of service it was.I had a rough morning and was rushing I spilled coffee all over myself I was coming to this location because I get two drinks every day here and Tipp every time .I had to use the the restroom and I was literally running I had parked wrong but I was about to go I asked to use the restroom and he looked at me are you going to buy a drink i said yes I come here every morning he said you have to park your car and I will get someone e to help you .I came back with my change of clothes he said to his co worker she not using it right he came out and said our bathrooms are t working at this moment so I am letting you in .I was leaving and a customer asked to use it he stated just give us Minute no problem .I will never ever come here again don't judge a book by its cover you never know who you wait on .Customer service is key in treating people you thought I was homeless I am not .I work for...
