As I walked into this location like I have many times before, I was not greeted. I ordered 2 different egg bites asked for them to be cooked on qty2. The girl at the register did not specify that on the ticket so the girl that put them in did not know until they were already done and cooked. I told her I would just take them so they aren’t wasted, the girl warming the food then continued to ask if there was any “special” instructions for the bagel that I ordered and there was definite attitude when she asked. I watched the barista on bar make my strawberries and creme wrong, she didn’t put any strawberry purée at the bottom first, she added it to the blender after the ingredients were put in and on top of it she put too much milk so there’s no strawberry taste. I ordered a strawberry refresher with no water sub mango refresher and no fruit. I specified at the register I wanted NO FRUIT in the drink but the barista at the register DID NOT put it on the ticket so the bar-barista put fruit in it, and after she handed it to me I said oh I didn’t want any fruit in it. The bar-barista proceeded to say “well it wasn’t on the sticker”....if the register barista had listened to me maybe it would have been. As a Shift supervisor of 5years at starbucks who works in a very high volume location, I am embarrassed at how these barista treated me. Read moreOkay, we all know places are “under staffed” but for a supervisor of a store to be completely rude to a customer is unacceptable.
Today I witnessed 1 person enter the cafe space and then the supervisor lock the door and then make an announcement that they are not accepting anymore orders inside the cafe, only accepting mobile orders and drive thru orders. The person standing waiting to order asked the supervisor if her order would be taken and she told her to place a mobile order. The lady asked how they are under staff when they have 5 employees and a supervisor, she begin to state the location down the block only always has 5 employees. The supervisor got loud and told her she is under staffed and needs to start doing breaks so if the lady would like to apply for a position so they don’t have to close then she can do so. The lady and everyone else in the building including the employees looked at the supervisor in disbelief. Then the customer stated this is poor management and the supervisor said loud if she or anyone would like to apply for the management position go for it because she is just a supervisor and this is what her manager requested she do. Then again said we are closed and walked away to the bathroom. The 1 lady/customer did not get to place her order and left out the side door which was the only door open. This is terrible not only management but terrible customer service. I usually stop in at this location daily but will now take my business elsewhere.

Read moreWorkers are rude. I always order the same sandwich I have for years from here. One time at the Starbucks on Cass Ave they handed me it with my drink and it made the sandwich soggy and gross. I asked for a new one nicely and they gave me one. This happened at this Starbucks a few years later now. The worker literally told us , “it’s always that wet “ uh no it’s not ever a soggy disgusting thing I literally watched you. He said it’s condensation. There is no condensation on a new sandwich so severe and PEACH flavored. How humiliating he was with a glare on his face telling my mother this. , I forgot his sarcastic comments now.. Like dude I am being nice and it is clearly soggy can I please have a new one like what are you even doing. Then the time after that we asked for a food item . Worker tells us it will be 5 minutes are you sure you want to wait ? Like ??? Yes ??? Why wouldn’t we , the normal time for an item is literally FIVE MINUTES , , today we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our food items. People have to work and they have medical appointments they have to go to . They literally gave me an extra drink I didn’t ask for when they could have been doing my food . the workers are all standofish , they act like you’re a “Karen “ for nicely asking to not have a disgusting tea drenched sandwich. we explained to them I will not eat it it’ll be a waste and they still continued saying no it’s condensation . they glare at you and have horrible costumer service.
