I have visited this store several times over the past few months. It’s convenient. The employee on duty my past three visits, Donna C, is a most unwelcoming person. You no sooner walk in the door and she barks “We close at 5!” There is no greeting, no warmth and absolutely no customer service. If you have the bad luck of shopping at the store close to closing, the entire time you are there she will bellow like Big Ben, “You have ten minutes! Hurry up you have eight minutes! Five minutes! We are closing in three minutes! Two minutes! We are closed, hurry up and bring your purchases to the counter!” It is relentless. It is the saddest display of retail service I have ever witnessed, and during this pandemic with so many stores closing…I cannot believe customers are not allowed to make purchases in peace – even if it takes a few minutes past closing. Read moreI used to go here all the time and usually stock up for several months. I don’t know who their buyer is but I have to say they don’t do a very good job. Last year I went in right before Thanksgiving and they hadn’t gotten in Hannukah cards which was just a couple of weeks away. More recently, I went in to buy birthday cards as well as some other categories. They only had two 10 year old birthday cards and one of the choices was for a girl only.
