Fast Stop 1120 — Local services in Woods Cross

We actually think the pizza tastes great, however the service is Awful. Multiple times in the last 9 months since we’ve moved here we have gone in 30 minutes after ordering (they give you a 15-20 minute pick up time) and they have forgotten to start our pizza or say we never ordered it. They are just letting friends stand there in the pizza area and eat or the workers are standing in the door way smoking. The ordering process is always confusing and they make you feel like it’s a hassle, then when (if) they give you your pizza (cause after a certain wait time we tell them never mind) it’s not always what you ordered! They just say oh sorry we were out of that so we gave you this. The guy making pizzas actually told me to “wait a minute” once while he ran outside with a girl to smoke with her. Yuck. That does Not need to be done in the front of the building, or while customers are waiting. It’s a shame the service is so awful, because it’s good pizza near where we live. I called to request an email address of manager or owner but the email address they gave didn’t work....

Their food is actually excellent, but their customer service is the worst. Although, their prices recently almost doubled.

However, on 3 separate occasions they have yelled at me. The first time I ordered when already on my way, when I came in wanting to pay, knowing my pizza wouldn't be ready, he yelled at me that I was too early and to come back in 15 minutes.

The next time we ordered pizzas, went in to pick up after 20 minutes. She yelled at my son that they hadn't even started our pizzas and to come back. And so he left. He didn't say anything and didn't come back. We had places to be, which is why we were ordering fast pizza in the first place.

Now, we called to order and she screamed at us about how we didn't pay and we couldn't order anymore. I explained that they were the ones who had not been prepared she screamed at me even more.

Eat here if you like being treated terribly. The food isn't worth the steep...

So here is the deal... This place was HIGHLY recommended by a friend. We were so excited to try the Curry and Butter Chicken Pizzas! The owner and his son were working and so nice! Placed the order on the phone and it was ready in about 15 minutes.

The dough is soft and chewy....I'd say pretty perfect. Get the garlic crust!

The flavor of the pizzas were a bit lacking, but maybe that's because it was so highly recommended? I was let down but not saying it's not great. It is. Im going to try a couple more flavors for an official verdict. The cheese bread was really great too!
