I go here at least once a week, usually great service and always great food. If you can't handle lunch rush then you should hire an extra hand. After my wife put there order in and paid was told they didn't have what we ordered. That's fi e but because they started taking orders before fulfilling the order they had just taken the alternative slice was taken. So even though we had already paid we didn't get not only our original order but also our second choice. My family will not be going to this shop again 😒 they are usually on point but couldn't handle the rush so we spend 20 dollars for something we don't want because they couldn't be bothered to wait untill we made a decision. This is how u lose business and it comes down to worrying about getting the cash before fulfilling the order. First time trying Antioch tonight, and it will be the last time we order. Deliver guy, poor man, on his first night and delivered us the wrong order. I can give him the benefit of the doubt for that. However, he returned to the store and I called and was told that they were remaking our pizza for redelivery. The delivery guy redelivered our order…..cold pizza that was missing a piece in the corner (see photo-top left corner). There’s no way that this pizza was remade. It was cold and the crust was rubbery. Extremely disappointing, no one enjoyed the pizza and it was barely eaten. The fries were good, and the beef sandwich from the wrong order delivery wasn’t half bad either. We will be sticking with our normal pizza place...
