I wish there was a ZERO STARS option for the Woodstock, IL location. I have come here only a few times and will never be returning. The few times I have come, my boyfriend and I order extra meat with our meals which you obviously have to pay for. Not only did we get the amount of a normal sized portion, but another time we got LESS than a normal sized portion of meat when we PAID MORE for an extra portion! They are taking your money and being stingy on their portion sizes. DONT GO HERE. Chipotle support contacted me about this and refunded one of my meals because it was so bad... but it seems this location charged us AGAIN after we were refunded. The manager is stingy and the staff is rude. Awful Chipotle. I am a frequent flyer at Chipotle, unfortunate this location...
Read moreI ordered a barbacoa bowl and salad both bowls came with carnitas on it..I called about six hours later because I had work and didn’t have a chance to eat to inform them that it was incorrect the girl who answered the phone said “I thought it looked like carnitas let me go check” I was like umm this was six hours ago so why hadn’t anything been done when you thought it looked wrong. Some people can’t eat pork and purposely order beef product to avoid it this is a serious mistake that was blatantly overlooked by the staff. The staff was still in the process of prepping the store, raising the obvious question: why wasn’t everything ready as it should have been? I then waited ten minutes to be “assisted” by an employee whose agitation and unprofessional demeanor were evident.
To add insult to injury, the bowl I purchased for $13 is almost devoid of protein—a glaring failure in both value and quality. This experience is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for my order and compensation for the time wasted. Attached are photos...
