My wife and I came into the AT&T Woodstock store and had the good fortune of meeting doing business with Sales Representative Cristian Nunez. We made several trips to the store and had several telephone conversations with him prior to purchasing three phones and modifying our current plan.
In all of our discussions Cristian was knowledgeable, he listened to and understood our questions, he never tried to âupsellâ us and we received 100% factual information. At the end of the day what sets apart a sales representative from others is whether the customer trusts the sales representative. We have total trust in Cristian. Everything he told us was consistent, he searched for the best plan and the best phones for us which were not the most expensive ones.
I would without hesitation recommend that anyone interested in getting a phone talk to Cristian and no one else. He is a straight shooter. He is honest. It was like having a knowledgeable ânephewâ in the business â he looked out for our best interests and accommodated our needs.
Above and beyond that Cristian showed superhuman patience dealing with two âsixty-somethingsâ who struggle with technology! The way Cristian conducts business is the way business should be conducted. ...
   Read moreDoug and his coworkers are the best.i have had alot of problems since salesman Ron Alam set up service From direct stream which wasn't set up.being charged for a free phone. Unauthorized charges to my debit card. Buffering and freezing issues which I was asked to take pictures of and send to 1 office of the President. Only to get FCC reply I was referred elsewhere Was given 2 months credit for Buffering and freezing. Went through all trouble shooting measures given to me and still had to call office of the President to waive dispatch 99fee 2 very kind people lowered my wireless and internet bills in order to keep me as a customer Ron Alam was a liar.he never showed us how to work our internet and wireless service and after upgrading to fiber optics I had to scream and curse so many people to finally get both loyalty rewards cards.Woodstock AT&T store should be training people like the agent I told over phone last year if I can't get a better deal I'm canceling service. His reply....if u can get s better deal go 4 it 2-13-25 Adam at call center wasn't able to cancel my internet but said he would put in a call back for me awesome...
   Read moreMy name is Carolyn and I have to say this store and its employees are truly outstanding and have treated me so well! Starting out with Doug who took care of us first, he was very sweet and kind and helped us out with everything we needed while with our 2 kids(2y/o & 1y/o)! They put on a kids show in the background to entertain them and allowed them to play in the store with no problems at all and even offered some desk toys for them when they started getting ancy. Then for the second employee that was an honor to have was Makayla! She by far is god sent! Answered one of my many calls to help with a problem that we were having with our account and was able to provided information that was clear and helpful! She was able to walk me through all of the many obstacles I obtained. In store and over the over phone service was phenomenal and very professional and friendly!
