Went to this Arby's for lunch after offroading all day. It was an SUV full of guys super hungry so our order was huge. They made a mistake on the order but we rolled through the drive-thru a second time and they were happy to correct the issue. Everything tasted great.
Update (1 year later from original review)
They've lost all stars for me. If you'd like lunch or dinner served up with a side of elder abuse as the manager yells at an obviously older nurse in uniform than this is the place for you! I can't in good conscience ever go back to this location until the management addresses what no one should ever experience just because the nurse didn't understand the charges before she paid.
Silly me...I made the mistake of asking for three pepper sauce which is my favorite from Arby's and I was told that "It's been discontinued about three months ago" by the same manager that had just yelled at the nurse. It's very odd because the Arby's in my neighborhood serves up their food with three pepper sauce and a friendly attitude and demeanor.
My friend made the mistake of ordering the chicken salad marketplace sandwich and was greeted with much gastric distress for two days! I don't really want to have to paint you a picture but he sure did paint the toilet if you catch my drift.
So, if tainted chicken salad served up with elder abuse and a saucy attitude sans the three pepper sauce is you thing; this is the...
Read moreI don't usually go to Arby's, but I enjoyed the hushpuppy fish sticks when I had them, and wanted my fiance to try them. We ordered the 5 piece meal, with curly fries substituted for the others, paid our $12.90 that the meal is, and got our food.. when we opened it after pulling away, there was 4 fish sticks and literally 10 curly fries.. I made my fiance turn around to go back, to which I went in.. I did not even have a chance to explain my situation before a pregnant girl who worked there apparently already knew what I was missing, to which she replied, "That was my bad." And had my other fish stick surprisingly already ready and next to the fryer, by itself, in a singular fry box. Little weird and confusing, but I'll let that coincidence go.. however, the surprise came when I asked why there are barely any fries and she stated "per policy, that's all that they can put in there." LOL. I asked if they count them, and she said YES.. so i then asked how it was possible to miscount 5 fish sticks, when she had to count higher than that for fries!? Wasn't being smart, just generally asking, to which i received a dirty look and my other fish stick shoved at me and an okay.., and i told her, "Thanks, however, this is basic math".
Starting to wonder if food is missing intentionally.
Make it...
Read moreEverything was fine, went through the drive-thru, paid and got my food. As I left apparently there is a curb not noticeable at all and I even had a good distance between me and the building itself.. going to leave my wheel hits the curb and just gets stuck, had to push more gas to move my car and got out to see my rim has been damaged, I just purchased these rims and tires. The fact that there's no warning or markings is beyond me.. how is it other establishments have some type of signage and not this place. Now the question is who do I talk to?
Update: Spoke to someone from corporate followed by what I believe their lawyers. When speaking to the corporate gentleman he was very warm and sincere, and understood my frustration with me just purchasing my new rims to have them scuffed and scratched. Then what I believe was the lawyers / insurance people called they had some attitude bout the whole ordeal like I was trying to gain money when in fact I'm not after money I just want my rim repaired from their curb that had no warning or anything indicating a curb present. I feel like I now have to get a lawyer to handle this for me. Will update on what...
