New review:(previous review was 5⭐️) So the past few times we have ordered pizza from Domino’s, it has been mediocre. I didn’t complain or request a refund, just decided to let it go. This past delivery, my medium pizza was inedible. Way too much garlic Parmesan sauce. Toppings were mushrooms, onion, peppers, and chicken. There were 4 small pieces of chicken, hardly any mushrooms and the toppings all fell off when I picked up a slice of pizza. My husband called to request a refund and told the young man that he had thrown away the pizza because it was a soupy mess and inedible. The guy then told my husband that he would have to bring the pizza in for us to get a refund. That is unacceptable. So we pay to have our pizza delivered and give a 20% tip and when we aren’t satisfied and complain one time in several years- we have been ordering pizza from this Dominos for years. Never again. Not sure what happened to the staff when I gave the previous review but this establishment has gone way down hill since then.
PEOPLE: TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS!! Especially if you want to receive your order in a timely manner! Every single time we place an order, we have our food delivered in less than 30 mins. Our latest order was placed at 9:46 pm. At 10:07, our food was delivered. Hot and fresh every time. They have been short staffed, but never fail to get our food to us in a timely manner. Always friendly delivery driver. We have ordered from other chain delivery pizza restaurants and had issues. Towne Lake Dominos is our go to when I don’t feel like cooking. I took a break for 6 months from this location after my last bad experience, where the employees literally threw my pizza in the trash in front of me then tried to fish it back out saying it was a mistake. Then the owner the next day didn't really care and just dismissed the complaint after I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza. THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER or OWNER of this Franchise. He is a horrible manager. Ordered again tonight on Sunday. It said Antonio was making the order on my app, my son went to pickup the order. He called me 30 minutes into the wait and said they can't find the order. So I text him the information. They said that they missed the order and it would take another 45 minutes to finish the pizza. He finally came home with the PIZZA 1.5 HOURS after I ordered the Pizza, they said everyone called out and they only had 6 people working...sorry 6 people working at a Store Front Domino's?? and the pizza took that long? The Pizza was doughy and made terribly, I even asked for well done and it was under cooked. This is my last time going to this Domino's ever again. Corporate Domino's will be contacted in the morning and I highly recommend that you not use this store till it closes or a new Franchise Owner can be found who will inspire better work ethics and actually give a damn about the customers. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. There was a female manager last week working and I was having issues with the mobile app it kept saying that the app was not working and to call the store. I called the store and explained my issue to her. She said she would order it for me but then said I would have to pay more due to the coupon I had used being for online only. I told her I had tried to order online but it would not let me if I needed to I could send a screenshot of the message the app was showing. She said there was nothing she could do. So I asked if she used another coupon and took the delivery fee off and said it would equal the same price I would have paid she then had a very rude attitude and said "Um, no it's a delivery do you not understand?" I asked her not to be rude and she told me she was acting just fine. I said goodbye and hung up. I then, only minutes after that conversation, got a phone call from a private number and the voice on the other end says "You are a stupid F#@%ing B!$@#" before they hung up I vividly heard Dominoes employees talking about orders in the background.
