I come to this store almost every day for the last couple of years. I spend so much money here, that my CFO makes fun of me and it is a running joke. Over the last year I have hesitated to leave a review because itâs all pretty trivial. Forgot something, missing an item on food (always bacon), wrong drink or poorly made. Itâs just too early to care. This morning I was baffled by an employeeâs response. I told her that the last few times the cheese has been cold on my hashbrowns. Her response was that itâs refrigerated, is that OK? I said no can you please microwave it. đ¤Śđťââď¸ I donât understand why we would be serving cold cheese on hot hashbrowns, especially when itâs not that way at other locations. On top of, the girl with the clip in her hair every morning just has the nastiest attitude. I have tried to look past it, but itâs just infectious and frankly, I would rather avoid this location like the plague, then deal with the attitude that she has every morning. You can feel it seeping out of her pores. The only time I have seen her remotely chipper is when I have had cash on me and given cash tips.
I would also like to add that I have over 15 years of food and Bev experience, from James Beard award-winning restaurants to fast casual burger joints, A degree in restaurant in catering management, and my sommelier certification. I literally hate leaving bad reviews on restaurants because I know how taxing and thankless it is.    Read moreI am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed today. Itâs Saturday December 9th 2023. I was in the dining room around 2:00P.M. Two young girls came in as several employees dressed in uniform were leaving. There was an incident with two employees, a young lady and a young man. The young man and another young lady in uniform then left, leaving the two young ladies who came in around 2:00P.M. by themselves. I asked one of the young ladies who that young man was and where the manager was. She was hesitant to tell me anything. She would not give out names just that he was âa first shift employeeâ So, I asked again for the store manager. She hesitated again but then said her name is Marianna and that she just left with the young man. I asked why the manager would let that young man get away with his behavior. She said she didnât know. I asked her who the young man was again because I wanted to leave a complaint. She didnât want to give out details on minors as itâs against the rules, apparently. She told me she was the assistant manager and she could write down my complaint or refund my order and she apologized. Iâm absolutely appalled that the store manager stood in the dining room while this incident occurred and did nothing to step in. What kind of manager is that?    Read moreI wish I could select zero stars because this Dunkin is absolutely awful. AWFUL. I pulled up to the drive thru and started by asking for 2 bagels, for them to tell me they are all out of bagels. Then, I proceeded to ask for her to tell me if they were out of anything else, that way I wouldnât order something and her tell me they were out of that too. She said, âNo, its just the bagels that we are out of.â Then, I proceeded to order 25 munchkins and asked for all of the flavors, for her to say, âOh, we are all out of blueberry and chocolate munchkins.â I had just asked for her to tell me what else they were out of and she said nothing. Needless to say, we got up to the window, for her to tell us that they were also out of jelly munchkins and only had a ton of glazed. At that point we asked to change our order to 10 munchkins because we didnât want 25 all glazed. We still got charged for the full 25 munchkins and received 7 GLAZED MUNCHKINS, when we asked for 10. Meanwhile, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my sandwich out to the car, which I then told her that we got charged for the wrong thing. She was too dumb to understand what I was saying and then had us pull back around to say that every time they refund, it âcomes out of their managers pocketâ so she has to give us our refund ALL in coins.
