Absolutely horrible experience like i would give this place a zero star if i could. Today my sister and her friends and I got our food and drinks and sat down at the last available table and we were talking at a normal voice level and laughing occasionally. My sister’s friend had just gotten over her pneumonia and also had to cough occasionally also. There was this couple next to us that was on their computer and they told us to be quiet in a rude way and we said we are sorry and continued talking but very quietly. They kept giving us the stank eye for no reason and I had a really bad feeling about them. After a little they decided to leave which was probably because of us and my sister opened the door to see if they were actually leaving and the couple turned around and started marching back in and we got scared so we ran to the bathroom (we are 13 and 15 years old so we are just teens so we did what we could because we did know what to do). we could hear the lady talking to the workers from the bathroom and we started freaking out because we didn’t want to get in trouble. A worker came knocking on the bathroom door and told us to get out while yelling at us and we were petrified and we asked him what we did wrong and he said that a customer came in and told us that we were being distracting and making rude remarks (which we never did). the worker yelled at us that we need to leave right now and we told him we did nothing wrong and he said “I don’t want to hear it, get out” which was extremely rude. we got our stuff and i very kindly told the worker that we are so sorry and he said snapping at us, “Thank you, but i’m not the one you should be apologizing to” and we left on the verge of tears because we didn’t do anything wrong at all and i have always been respectful to others so we would never do what that couple said and the worker was absolutely horrible like i have no words. The worker had pink hair and i’ve seen him before a couple times and those times he was never that nice to me anyway. Read moreCustomer service was terrible here. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside to order my drinks. Still took 25 mins. My son’s Frappuccino was made incorrectly. When I pointed it out I was met with anger and frustration from the barista. She insisted to try and explain to me what she had made was a vanilla bean. I tried to tell her that’s not what I ordered and we went back and forth until finally I had to ask for my drink to be made. My shaken espresso was supposed to be a grande with an extra shot half sweet. What I got was instead was essentially a cup sweetened of milk. Definitely missing the appropriate amount of shots. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks. Always order the same drinks. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I didn’t not have the patience to continue to discuss my dissatisfaction with my order with the barista working here. The tone at which I was spoken too was very condescending. I just left frustrated. I understand that is was extremely busy but there were at least 5 people back there working. I went up via drive thru this time and once i got the the speaker I let the worker know I had an online order. There was a pause and she answered back as if i were a child “okaaay what’s the name”. I gave her the name of the Order and there was another pause. With the same attitude she instructed me to pull around and as I was about to say thank you it sounded like she mumbled something under her breath but I was already driving away to make out what she was saying. When I got the window her demeanor was a complete 180 and it kinda threw me off a little.
