McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodstock

Waited in a long line to get just an unsweet tea, but didn't mind because I didn't want to go inside. When the person handed me my tea, I asked her unsweet she says yes. I get about a mile down the road take a sip of it and it was not unsweet. And anybody that drinks McDonald's sweet tea knows it's very sweet. So it about gag me when I drink some. So I turned around and went back when I got up to the intercom for the drive-thru told the person the situation and said I should not have to wait in this long line just to get a replacement of unsweet tea. He said park and come inside and he'll replace it. I told him if I wanted to come inside, I'd would have done that to start with. So he told me to pull around to the second window. Well I guess to be smart he made me just sit there and I seen about eight vehicles or more go around me after getting their order. So I call while sitting at the second window to speak to a manager. She did bring me a unsweet tea to the second window and apologized and refund the money. And I guess they got their big laugh because they made me wait after all. To just replace a tea that the person at the window verified that it was right...

Between the large number of Flys; the unbelievably rude manager (Marissa); or the over all lack of cleanliness of this establishment...

I can’t decide which reason to rate this McDonalds as a single star.

-I asked about the toys for the happy meals: she replied: “ pssssh! I have no clue.” (Didn’t even check) -Asked for ketchup packets because the self serve was empty and filthy, grabs a handful and drops them into my hand like I was diseased and she didn’t want to touch me. -Asked for a refill of sweet tea; again the lobby was empty...Rolls eyes and gets the refill.

Please forgive me for being such a burden!

Now let’s talk cleanliness...there food everywhere in this restaurant! On the floor, the tables, the condiments section, EVERYWHERE!!!!

Mcdonalds has gone completely down hill! I rarely go to Mcdonalds anymore and today I decided to run through the drive-thru to pick up a happy meal for my disabled father and I asked for a coke with light ice and myself a medium drink with light ice I pay for my order go to the next window to pick up and the girl gives me the kids cup not even full I kindly asked if she could please fill the cup up and then I see her literally take another cup that was already sitting there and fill the kids cup with more ice. I asked for light ice and how am I to know what was in that cup she used before that is considered cross contamination. Then she just hand's it to me and tells me to have a good day. I chose to drive away due to many customers behind me and not wanting to hold up their time but I was furious and will not waste my time coming back. Do they get...
