I paid for extra cold foam and extra of the crunchy pieces. Same order I always get and am always happy when I get it from the other Starbucks in Woodstock. I decided to try this one since it was near where I was shopping. I didn't receive what I PAID extra for. When we went back and politely explained what happened and Paige was extremely rude especially as she asked for the drink back and I watched as her and her co worker made faces while looking at the drink. Paige then practically shoved the drink at us as when my husband said "thank you so much" she turned around and shut the window. There was no sorry we didn't get your drink right sorry we didn't give you what you paid extra for just extremely rude service! I'll be going back to the other Woodstock or out of town for my coffee from now on! If you get Paige I guess make sure you tip because I used a gift card and it didn't ask for a tip and I was treated extremely poorly when I was polite even after the mistake with my drink. Then after getting my "new drink" I can guarantee the didn't put the extra crunchy stuff in there. The day before drink was perfect this time it was far from it. I work my tail off all day and went for a pike tall refill. Let's keep in mind it's about $.25 cents to them. I have the same cup lol! NOPE said the man with the hair ties in his beard so rudely...... you have to stay in the Cafe. I work in the strip and I can't get a refill 1 day within the 2 months I have come every day!! Read moreToday marks the second time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. I don’t frequent Starbucks, so I didn’t know the proper term for the “medicine ball tea”. Last time I was there, I asked for the medicine ball tea (which down at the ISU Starbucks is what it’s called), and the lady at the drive thru nastily said “don’t call it that, call it by it’s proper tea name”. This time I rehearsed what I was going to order (a Jade Citrus mint and peach tranquility tea, tall), and the man at the drive thru said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, that doesn’t exist”, so I said it’s also known as the medicine ball tea, and then he knew. After waiting forever in line, he hands me a venti tea and I ask, “for future reference, what is this called”, he replied “mumble mumble, and takes the next order”.
