absolutely a terrible experience. They are supposed to be an authorized dealer for the Laguna product line. Disappointing all around. Zero customer service. No replies to email or phone calls. Nowhere does it say the item is shipped by the manufacturer. Their competitors (like Rockler) stock these items. By the way, this was a $1900 order. After no shipping info, I asked for an update by their email system. Nothing. I called and asked for an update and was told the internet manager would get back to me promptly. Nothing. I wrote and asked to cancel the order. Nothing. I called and asked to cancel. Nothing. Only when I wrote and said I wanted the order canceled and that I would advise the manufacturer of their poor representation did the owner finally call, but blaming me for being impatient. (you read between the lines) He said my first two emails went into spam. Seriously? All I asked for was an update on an order placed three days before. Have to hope there are issues here I don't understand. Sad though. I'm hurt and disappointed with their response to this complaint, but not surprised after speaking with the owner who told me straight out he didn't want my business. Try to blame your poor service on me if you want, but people know better. One day I gave you. Two days I gave you. On the third day I gave up on you.

If you are looking at a slab from a “mill” in Antioch, IL, don’t do it. They are not kiln drying the wood. BVH tested the moisture of the slab I bought, for free, and explained how things are supposed to be done: the way they do them.I was able to get my money back and spent market price for a beautiful slab from them. Once I told them what I wanted to do with it, they helped me every step of the way, picking the right epoxyand helping me with the little details of how to make it work, the details you only know from experience, not just what you can find on YouTube. Read moreMy credit card was charged but the product (bandsaw blade) was never received. After 2 months I checked on the status by speaking directly to the owner Dan on the phone. He told me he would look into it and get back with me. After waiting several more weeks and never hearing from anyone I asked my credit card company to dispute the charges. I won the dispute obviously and received a nasty email from Dan telling me to never shop on his online store again. It would have been a perfect time for him to apologize for dropping the ball but instead he chose to blame Laguna and myself for various reasons instead of accepting the responsibility himself. I'll eventually get a refund but my lost production and downtime without a blade probably won't ever...
