BEYOND HORRIBE, AND BEYOND LIVID...... Fiancé and I went through drive thru ordered 2 Asiago chicken meals and a4 piece chicken nuggets. We couldn't understand the employee who gave us our total because she could barely speak English. Get to the window and had to ask the employee 4 different times to repeat the total. Paid for our food, and she handed us our drinks. She told us to pull up and they would bring our food out to us. We asked for 2 straws for our drinks and were told our straws will be in the bag and the window was slammed in our faces. We pull up and literally wait 10 minutes for them to bring our food out to us. Our fries were ice cold asked for fresh fries and was told it will be 3-5 minute wait. I said forget it because my baby was screaming in the car seat and just wanted to get him home and out of the cqar seat. We threw our fries away. When we got home we sat down to eat our sandwiches. My fiancés chicken sandwich was so rubbery he couldn't eat it and my chicken sandwich had a combination of tasting off and tasting like it old and been sitting since this morning. The chicken sandwiches were so bad i wouldn't give it to my dog. I Called the store to complain a Hispanic answered the phone I asked for a manager and he said he wasnt the manager and hung up on me, called back same person answered again I again asked to speak to the manager and he told me he didn't know we're the manger was and hung up on me again, I called back same person answered told me to stop calling and asking for a manager and hung up on me again. My fiance and I both called 3xs each and they never answered the phone. THIS WENDYS NEED TO FIRE ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS AND HIRE NEW MANAGERS...
Read moreThe lids do not fit on the chili. I didn't even order a chili but was given one by mistake. The lid was not secured properly and the chili spilled all over my car before I even got out of the parking lot. It was a real shock since I didn't even know it was in the bag. I tried to take the bag inside to get napkins and tell them what happened. The doors were locked and the refused to let me in, despite me holding up the chili soaked bag to show them I had a problem. They just kept motioning for me to go through the drive thru. Having no choice because I desperately needed napkins, I had to wait in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes before I finally got to the window to tell them what happened. At this point, the broth had been soaking into my seats and carpet for 15 minutes and was already drying onto the plastic console. When I told the manager, he said "Yeah, the lids don't fit right when they're hot. They won't stay on." Honestly, I'm lucky I set it on the passenger seat and not on my lap! I will have to have my car professionally cleaned to get it...
Read moreStopped for a bite and went to the men's room before ordering. The bathroom was filthy. The motion detecting faucet didn't work. There was no way to activate the faucet from a position that would actually get your hands wet. Handwashing was literally impossible. No touch-free way to open the door, and no paper towels.
In case it isn't obvious, this means that nobody using the men's room was washing their hands and everybody using the men's room was touching the door handle with their dirty hands. Ditto the door entering the kitchen. Even if employees were washing at a different sink in the kitchen, EVERYTHING between the men's room and that theoretical sink was ALSO contaminated!!
This is beyond disgusting. Nobody should be eating there. Wendy's corporate, if you're listening, you need to fire EVERYBODY WHO WORKS THERE, dip the entire building in bleach and start over fresh. Any managers at this place should be banned from ever working in food service, So disgusting.
