Ramiro's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Woodward

If I could give this place a ZERO I would I have traveled far and wide nationally and internationally and have never been treated with such a huge disregard for customer services. first we sat down and the waitress comes over so non chalantly to take our orders which there are six of us. We order and appetizer that takes over 30 mins to come out (it was a sausage dip) we then ask the waitress to take off said appetizer and not to bring it out since it had been so long which she argued the kitchen was busy and they couldn’t take it off since it was supposedly already in process but she said she would talk to the manager to take it off 10 minutes later she comes back with the dip ! That we requested NOT be brought to us! The dip look like it has just been thrown together quickly and just forgotten to be put in instead the kitchen being backed up. Then another 30 minutes or so later our food came out and it was by far the worst Mexican I’ve ever had not worth the wait. We then called for the manager who came to the table and brought the waitress and began saying “Hi I’m the manager but this is your waitress !” And left and she continued saying “do you guys have a problem! “ NEVER in all my years has a waitress or waiter talked to me so disrespectfully! She then argued that they were busy which they were not! And that we were not the only customers in the restaurant. We then pointed out that the customers next to us sat down 20 mins after us and got there food before us ! She retaliated with a smirk saying “there food was easier to make” they had similar dishes to ours ! Mexican food is the one cuisine that should be quick, cheap and easy to make !!!!!! We left embarrassed even the customers around us sympathized with us My recommendation TAKE YOUR BUSINESS...

Tonight (06/28/2015) several of my friends and I went to ramiros to eat generally our favorite place to eat but never again. The wait to be seated wad long but they were busy so no complaint there however once we were seated we ran out of chips and there was a long delay before they were refilled our second round of cheese was cold to the point that a film had settled on the top. It took an hour before our food was delivered. Normally even when they are busy it doesn't take that long to get our food. The plates were hot however the food was luke warm. My friend had ordered a fajita beef quasadilla and the meat was virtually none existent and the meat that was there tasted like cold leftovers, the meat also left a horrible after taste. She was not the only one who had gotten a plate that was fajita beef her boyfriend as well as my other friend and her husband ordered meals that had fajita beef, they complained that the meat was grisly. We waited a long time for our ticket which never came so we were forced to go to the front desk to pay for our meals. The gentle man that cashed out our ticket was really friendly and showed concern when we told him of our experience he did discount our order which was great. The wait staff does show great customer service when addressing issues of concern but a little hustle would be nice, however because of the food and the fact that we all felt queezy shortly after our meal leaves us no choice but to find another...

I had went very recently and was extremely disappointed. Our waitress was not a very good one. A couple that had came in ten minutes after we did got their drinks, set up, and had ordered before we did. This sometimes happens, so we wait patiently. Then we order. This was only four people by the way. We had 2 plates that were enchiladas, then we had a burrote, and a plate of hard shell tacos. We also ordered Togo order of 2 burrotes. While waiting for a large amount of time we hadn't gotten refills just the drink we got at first. We had also ran out of chips/salsa/queso. This was a weekday and it was only us and the other couple at the other table. When she brought the food we politely asked for refills and she acted like we were rude guests, or maybe she just didn't like us. I am not sure. Anyways, she slammed the ticket down and I had my card out for her but she left so fast I couldn't hand it to her. Then I looked at the ticket. $150.00. Wait what??? She padded the bill on just about everything and when I tried to explain she blew me off. I paid and vowed to never go again. I won't. It used to be my favorite and had been a customer for years. Did the prices go up astronomically in the past year? Also, this isn't about me being able to afford this bill, I very well can, I just don't like to be screwed. And I was. Good...
