Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Woodward

I placed an order for a medium white mocha like I always do, with nonfat milk, extra hot. Today, I received a Medium cup of warm milk, no coffee and not hot. I realized this after I got back home. I drove back to the store, explained that I ordered a white mocha and got a $6 cup of milk. I pulled around as instructed, and a confused girl asked me if I ordered a mocha. Yes, I said. What kind of coffee place doesnt remember to put coffee into a coffee order? She explained they must have missed the coffee. Really? I was then asked if I want extra chocolate. I said no, in fact, put in half the amount. The girl leaves the window, only to return to ask if I want 2 extra shots of espresso in my coffee. Really? I said I ordered a white mocha, I dont know how many shots of espresso are in it, but I only want it how you make it normally. Very irritated. Im not sure they know how to make a white mocha even though its on the Menu. I asked for a refund, because at Starbucks, if they mess up your $6 cup of coffee, they give you a free coffee coupon. I was told she would have to call her manager. After 2 trips and cars behind me, really? I don't have time for that. Needless to say, I won't be back to Scooters, and I'm betting the coffee Shop across the street can make a white mocha properly. I'd give zero...

I get an iced mocha from here every morning and usually in the evenings before I go home. The flavor is consistent. The baristas always greet me with a smile. And the manager is awesome. I'm usually in a hurry to start my day and their service has always been fast and friendly. They're pet friendly too. My boys know they're gonna get a pup cup and their tails start wagging before we even pull in. I highly recommend this...

I have had enjoyably fast service at this place. The baristas here are always smiling and welcoming. I have several favorite drinks such as a caramelicious blended with an extra shot, a cold brew with a sugar-free flavored cold foam or a desert pear infusion with a splash of cream.
