Edited - I stand by the things I’ve said, but I greatly appreciate the customer service and action provided by Mary Beth after the meal!

Placed an online order for pickup (placed it last night too instead of surprising the staff with it this morning) - won’t be doing that ever again. 4 of 7 burgers were made incorrectly, asked for 1 of the 2 family fries to be unseasoned, but we were given 2 cold unseasoned family fries. Tots were fine. I love the burgers here…. But this many mistakes in one order is unacceptable. The pickup was for 11:30 (and was ready when I got there too, so yay for that), ticket was printed at 11:04… seems like ample amount of time to ensure the order was prepared correctly. It would have also been nice if the fries had been packaged when I got there (or at least closer to 11:30) so we’d have had a chance of them being warm and flavorless at least, instead of cold, soggy and flavorless. I was excited to have my grandparents try this because they live 3 minutes down the road, but y’all did not gain new customers today....

We have been here multiple times, and we usually love it. It's great to have an enclosed area to let the kids play. However, during our last two visits (during March 2023), we have seen the quality and service noticeably get worse.

First, our burgers were burnt so much, they were inedible. We had to ask them to remake all of them.

Second, it has been taking up to 45 minutes to get food. I understand this is a "fast casual" place, but 45 minutes is too long for a burger and fries.

Third, my child's plain burger was cooked with cheese. That's not a big deal, so we asked for them to remake it. They remade it, but only put on 1/4 of a torn-up patty. I went back to ask for it to be remade again. For this third attempt, they remade it with cheese. I was so frustrated. They finally remade it on their fourth attempt. My child was crying because it took so long.

While they did remake the burger, no one offered us any coupon or other thing to make up for the fact that it took them 4 times to get a simple kid's burger made.

We won't be going back...

Paid $43 for 2 burgers 1 fries 1 pickles and 3 drinks. Had the ordered delivered bout 1/4 if a mile down the road to super 8 took about 45 minutes. The food was good but I would not consider it $43 good. Ordered delivery the over all first time experience was pleasant the driver was knowledgeable and honest. She at first said that they didn’t tip her but before she left she looked at the receipt again and attempted to return my cash tip even though I had already returned to my hotel room. I was impressed with Karra’s honesty I told her to keep the cash tip also! I was in town at Waco for a funeral and was exhausted. I Took 2 stars because I felt their description of the food was vague and not really what I got when it arrived and 2 because I felt that it was not worth the price paid. I hesitated to remove one more star because the website did not give me the total for the food until I had placed the order. I didn’t remove the star because I don’t know if this was the businesses doing or the website itself. Overall...
