401 Pizza — Restaurant in Woonsocket

So the first time I ordered from here I got Buffalo wings and pizza. Buffalo wings were great. The pizza was way too much cheese so much that it didn’t cook correctly and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way second time I got buffalo wings delicious and the third time today I ordered buffalo wings and pizza told the lady Before when I got the pizza they put way too much cheese and didn’t cook the pizza all the way, so can they please make sure the pizzas cooked well done not soggy and please make sure that they don’t put all that cheese on there. Just regular cheese light on the cheese regular cheese that’s what I said I get the pizza it’s burnt on the bottom I can’t even take the cheese off because I take the cheese off all there is dough it’s like they forgot the sauce. I spent almost $45 , on those two things I called for a replacement pizza and I was told there’s not much they can do about it. I asked for a well done. I’m sorry the last I checked well done does not mean burnt people ask for steak well done all the time it ain’t burnt it just has no pink in it . Well done OK that’s when I specifically said why I was asking for it well done and specifically said why I was asking for light cheese not to mention they charge you for using a credit card they charge you for delivery and they won’t replace my pizza. So now my four children I have to go buy something else to eat now because they won’t replace my food so I will never ever. I don’t care how much I like their buffalo wings I won’t ever order from that place again , so I advise anyone who calls and orders anything to be super specific. You may want to record the Conversation just to have that proof of what you asked for they will not give you your money back if it is not 100% excellent quality so there Buffalo wings are actually my favorite but now I’m gonna have to...

I had ordered a grinder, calzone and lamb dinner, I had a few issues with it because Kate at night, they were unbelievable busy and when you order from 401 you get perfection every time, and this time the foot was a little off. The owner remade the food and brought it to my house. How CAN YOU BEAT THAT??? 401 PIZZA IS AHEAD OF EVERYONE ELSE!! I Live in North Smithfield, RI and 401 is the only place I order from and after tonight they proved why this is the only place I order from. This is just my personal review but if you want amazing fresh food, made the way you grew up loving that grinder or pizza or whatever your favorite is then trust me 401 pizza is the place you want to order from!!! They truly are the best fast food, take out, over the counter service you will find on the East Coast. Ordered from 401pizza and more, for the first and probably last time. Customer service was great ,friendly, and polite . With the exception of the delivery driver forgetting to bring change. I ordered 2 pizzas and a antipasto salad. Let me start off with food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.. first pizza was a Mexican taco, which tasted nothing like a taco. The only flavors were jalapeno and a very bland sauce.. no spicy meat flavor what so ever. The second pizza was a extra pepperoni, again very bland pepperoni and extremely greasy. I would guess from the flavor that they use pureed tomatoes and not sauce..now for the antipasto, bland with a bologna and American cheese flavor, no olives, no pepperochinis.. the good is the portions are huge! So if you are going for quantity over quality you may like this place. Prices were competitive with other pizza places. But for me, i would rather get better quality of a smaller portion than leftovers I'm not looking forward to.. if not for the friendly staff and large portions would barely...
