Second time around. I ordered the beef lo mein lunch special. It was $6.21 with tax. It was ok. It was oily, but tasted fine. It had a flavor to the meat that I couldn't put my finger on, but reminded me of cinnamon or nutmeg, forgive me if I am wrong. It came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. They were good. The egg roll was nice and crispy, a little on the sparse side with the filling, but good. I like that the rice wasn't soy saucy. I don't think I will order the Lo mein again, though.

My first time here. Very friendly woman at the counter. Clean open kitchen and clean bathroom. Not a huge dinning room, about 10 tables maybe... and there is a tv on the wall. Seemed very busy at lunch time with deliveries and take out. I had take out. I ordered the full order of Mongolian Beef which came with a side of white rice. $10.53 with tax. It was so delicious! Very flavorful meat and sauce. Lightly spicy. I will come back again to try other dishes!

This is my all time favorite place for lunch at work. I love their chicken teriyaki. Nice soft and tasty. Very reasonable prices and good portions. Chowmein and fried rice are soo good. They just make as it as per your taste and you’ll definitely like it.

I just called and placed an order over the phone. I am a frequent customer here in Woonsocket and order from here at LEAST 2 times a month. I usually never have an issue and always have a pleasant experience, however, this time a young lady picked up the phone and started out our conversation politely. When I asked for one of my items to be substituted, she informed me that it’d be extra charge even though this is an item I order regularly and have never been up-charged for a substitute, or at least was never notified of this. After questioning this up-charge, the manner of her attitude swiftly changed and she began to act like helping a customer was a burden. After chatting it up with her coworkers for a minute (I heard everything btw), she then came back to the phone and proceeded to attempt to continue taking my order. After informing me that they’ll honor my substitute free of charge “this time”, she impatiently rushed a reply from me (even tho I did reply) and proceeded to hang up on me not even 2 seconds after returning back to taking my order. Upon calling back, she assigned another coworker, a man, to take my order on her behalf. Extremely rude, as I have supported this business even throughout COVID, continuing to order from them. This is the first time i have ever had an issue but if good customer service isn’t something you can provide at all times, maybe it’d be best to take on a different position in your establishment, more specifically one that doesn’t involve “taking care”...

Looking for good food? KEEP LOOKING! This was the first and only time I have and will try this restaurant. I didn’t mind the price, but the food was unbearably lack luster. Envision if you will, working up a ravenous hunger, waiting all day for dinner, picking up what you hope will be a delicious meal from a restaurant that you’ve never been to, taking one of your crab Rangoon (mouth starting to water in anticipation) biting into what your sure will be warm and creamy filling….. then realizing that it’s empty. No big deal, sometimes it leaks out when frying it, let’s try again, then again, and when you’ve cracked open the fourth one and still waiting to find filling, unfortunately you will be waiting forever for that one. Let’s not forget the miserably plain dinners, my wife ordered chicken and broccoli, and I the generals chicken. My meals had not tastes at all, the rice looked like yellow Spanish rice minus the favor and the chicken had a thin glaze of disappointment . My wife’s meal was much the same but instead of the glaze it was swinging in regret. At least they tried to make it right by making me a new batch of crab rangoons, too bad I opened up one right in front of them to prove its disappointing nature. The only thing that’s worse than this restaurant is the prospect of this swill being in my lunchbox for tomorrow’s work day. Your better off...

I just moved to the area and wanted to find a new Chinse spot. I saw the high star reviews on Google and read the comments. I was skeptical because some reviews seemed fake or written by employees and I think that may be the case as I don't think this place deserves almost 5 stars for the service or the food Customer service was bad. I called and a young woman on the phone picked up without a greeting asking me what I want. When I went to pick up my food it was not busy nor about to close and she yet again did not greet me properly and rushed me to pay and leave so she can keep talking to her friends at the table when I first walked in. This place was dead. I can see if this was a spot in a city that was busy but this was not and the service was bad. When a customer came in after she was rushing him too. I got a pupu platter for 2 and that was not what you would expect in the usual pupu platter. It was overpriced for what they give you and the taste was less tthan desirable. The shrimp fried rice is not fried at all. It was soggy and tasted like perhaps it was made in a rice cooker or something and made with too much water. The color , taste and texture of the rice is no where near that of typical expectations. I wouldn't try this place again. If you are craving Chinese food this place would not satisfy your pallet. I'm gonna...
