China House — Restaurant in Woonsocket

Ordered delivery. Driver didn't even consider offering to come to my door. Specifically requested my sticky wings be separate. Allergy issue, planned to give hubby lo mein and keep wings. Couldn't eat them due to cross contamination. They weren't separate, and couldn't tell if they were sticky or not, but they were breaded, which is weird for sticky wings. Also the liquid from that container leaked all over the egg rolls, making them soggy and also contaminated. Called to address the issue. Was told I'd be called back. 25 minutes later, I called them again. They offered free next order, or replacement. I took the replacement wings and egg rolls. (I was hungry and this was dinner.) Took over an hour to get to me. Driver again didn't offer to come to the door. When I got the food, he acted like he expected a tip. I refuse to tip for fixing something he helped mess up. Everytime time I come here I’m surprised by something different every time. It all started with receiving only 1 stick of beef teriyaki when there should be 2. There are children running the register. There is absolutely no heat in the building everyone working just wears coats lol. Today I got a combo plate and the Crab Rangoons have legit half a table spoon of filling it’s not even enough for a single bite. Mind you in the pic the crab Rangoon bottom was straight across and flat. Like I get it times are tough but the customers shouldn’t be jipped when in fact we the customers are paying full price so we should recieve what we pay for. Which leads me to my last conclusion that the people that own/run the restaurant are god awful people it does not matter how nice you are they are nothing but dry and rude especially the cook. The only good thing I can say is their food does taste good but after being jipped I’ll gladly go somewhere else idc if it cost...

I generally placed an order here about every week maybe every other week I’ve had an issue here and there with what’s delivered to me but no big deal until tonight. They shorted the order one white rice, I ordered wonton soup large they sent me egg drop soup which I think is disgusting. I called the store was very polite. A manager called me back and said they’ll deliver the white rice. They shorted me and wonton soup. The driver showed up about 10 minutes or so with the white rice and another egg drop soup .
