Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woonsocket

So, today January 27th at 6:55 pm I visited this location for one simple order and from the beginning to the end, the whole experience was quite unsatisfactory. First, when I was placing my order. I could hear someone in the background spewing profanity. Then, as I tried to pull up to the window. There was a patron standing by the window waiting for his order to be completed ( I'm almost certain this is against policy). Instead of deterring him from ordering in this manner. They seemed to welcome it. As they chatted and skylark with him. They're interaction lasted for about 5 minutes before he finally walked off with his order. Which allowed me to finally pull up to the window. The employee told me the total of my order. Collected my money then told me to have a good evening. I gave it a few second, before she realized I did not receive my order. She then told the employee in the back what I had ordered. It was at this point they started preparing my order. While the employee in the back was preparing my order. She was yelling over my drink with her mask halfway down. She also made sure she engaged in just a bit more horseplay with the other employees before bringing my order to the window. After the longest wait I've ever experienced there. I was finally able to receive my order (which was still not prepared the way I ordered it). I am so infuriated, saddened, disgusted and disappointed with this whole ordeal. Mainly, because I've been to this location on multiple occasions (In fact it is my favorite dunkin' in the area) and unfortunately today might be my last visit. Due to their unprofessionalism, poor display for customer appreciation and of course witnessing someone scream over my drink. I hope management will revisit this incident and train/retrain them in proper customer service etiquette and...

I ordered a md frozen chocolate with whip cream and no drizzle, mixed/blended well, because my friend loves frozen hot chocolates, but dislikes when it tastes gritty. The worker then started with an attitude asking if we wanted anything else. So i ordered a small frozen chocolate with whip cream. As we get to the window i just ignored the attitude and still tipped. Waited another minute for our drinks didnt care. They hand us our drinks, my friends frozen chocolate is loaded with drizzle, so i said to the worker this was suppose to have no drizzle. She then proceeds to scuff as she turns around to scoop out the whip cream and returned the lid to hand it back to us.

The afternoon people really have attitude problems and are just so horrible...

The coffee here is subpar and I personally always use the almond milk because I feel the creamer has a problem with it as a patron who attends this restaurant every day I would order yourself a frozen coffee with a turbo shot that way it is like a coffee and made right that's the only thing they seem to get right so if you want some food it is good but I don't think it's Five Star Worthy that's for sure! They did have this one girl who was amazing and made everything correctly including the food and always had our things properly done and made sure everything was correct Unfortunately they fired her for no reason I believe as I spoke to her later in...
