Olly's Pizzeria & Diner — Restaurant in Woonsocket

I order from this place all the time and have nothing negative to say about the cooks, wait staff or delivery drivers I've come across in that time. In a city full of pizza choices we've always been a loyal Olly's family. Upon having to deal with the owner Charlie it's clear that loyalty only goes one way.

My bank pointed me to duplicate charges one posted and one pending with the same transaction date and told me I should call and inquire to be sure it didn't post. I called and after speaking with a nice person I was connected with Charlie the owner who immediately was rude and treated me like an enemy, after I voiced my displeasure at that he acted nice and said he'd call his cc company and call me back. When he called back he again seemed to think we were adversaries and after wrongfully accusing me of paying with 2 cards (wrong) said it's my banks problem and hung up on me. And with that this place has lost my business for good.

I ordered a blt hot. I tracked the order 45 minutes after leaving to come here I called them (I live less yhan 2 minutes away walking but too sore) they said to me the driver came by you said you didn't want it. Oh why would I say that I already paid and tipped online. Who orders food but says dont bring it. My daughter was here telling him nobody came here we are sitting right here and we have a dog it would've barked. He says fine I'll send him back by now its been over an hour no way its hot. He keeps arguing. My daughter says remake it or refund her now and I'll pick it up. Now of course the sandwich wasn't made right but thats not the problem. When she picked it up he CONTINUED to argue saying the drivers knows the place real well his girlfriend's mother owns it. She then tells him well he's lying because that building and every single apartment building around it is iwned by Maloney Properties. I will never order again all because of their lying...

I currently live in North Carolina but I make my way up here every few months to visit family. Once im here, I always treat myself to the local joints. Grinders dont exist in the south! So I got a cheeseburger grinder a few nights ago and it was phenomenal. It was seasoned so beautifully, not overdone. The bread was crispy and buttery, the portions are great. I did have a significant issue with my order and experience that night, though. When I called and brought it up to management, they treated me like family. The way they handled my problem and listened to me was so genuine and sincere. Today I ordered wings and fries and they knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend this place, not just for their delicious food, but also for their integrity.
