Donuts and midnight blend coffee is on point. The pumpkin spice munchkins are amazing compared to what I thought they'd be like.
A few gripes, which some is my fault.
Caveat: I'm used to old school bakeries where you walk in, tell em "Gimme the florpagorpa flavored cream sticks, 2 pizza wazzlers, and 4 Jimmied and 5 donut holes."
This was much different than that.
When you walk in, it's confusing because you have 2 kiosks to your direct left, which suck to use. They're responsive ect but when I went to order 20 munchkins, it auto defaulted to random assorted ones and I couldn't figure out how to choose my own. This is just an issue with the POS interface.
But, when you walk up to the counter there's no indication that you have to physically order and pay before they get the donuts so I stood there at the display case for good 4 minutes before I took the initiative to step Infront of the registers. That's when 5 people finally noticed/attempted to interact with me.
This bothers me, because the cashier clearly saw me multiple minutes standing there like a ding dong and getting frustrated with no service.
If they'd simply said "Order first", or something to that effect I'd have understood.
Overall, it's not a bad Dunkin but the lack of attention and direction when I'm clearly confused and unsure about proceeding to get my yeasty fried yummy on, kinda...

Cons: Your staff including the store manager are poorly trained. I worked at Dunkin for 3 years and what I see happening here makes me shake my head. I have never seen a store that can consistently get my orders incorrect so frequently. Lets take today as a prime example.
Me: I would like a large iced caramel swirl latte. Manager:What size? Me:Large. Manager: 3.49 see you at the window.
Well guess I don't have anything else to order then thanks for asking! Drive up to the window. Me: I would also like a medium iced mocha swirl latte as well. Manager to shift leader: He wants a medium as well. Shift leader hands me another iced caramel. Shake my head, is it worth me to correct you again? Now this is the first time I've felt obligated to review anywhere I've been on Google. But this happens far too frequently at this one specific store for me to be the only person experiencing this.
Also doesn't the health department require your employees to wear hats where food is served? Doesn't Dunkin mandate a dress code for shift workers? Maybe the rules have changed since I was an employee.
I hope your experiences are better then mine have been here. Good luck fellow...
Read moreI don’t usually come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but it was the closest one to me so I can get my daughter to school. I got out of my car because the driveway was super long. Once I got to the counter one of the employees was having a conversation with a customer instead of just taking their order and being mindful that there were people behind him Once his order was taking she instantly walked away and did not say I will be right with you did not say I’ll get you in a second anything did not make eye contact or even acknowledge that anyone else was in the line. I entered Dunkin’ Donuts at 7:58. I left at 8:07 still without being acknowledged or even getting my order taken, but yet the employees were standing around laughing Having conversation working on orders, but not acknowledging other customers at least letting them know we’re trying to knock out orders or anything so I ended up leaving without my coffee or my donuts or my breakfast horrible...
