Ordered from here twice and haven't had a good experience yet. First time I ordered wasn't quite as bad. The biggest issues with that order had been that the pizza had been cut so poorly it tore down the middle of the pizza slices as you'd take one and on one of the pizzas the sauce for the base seemed to have been put as a topping and there was no base sauce to speak of But when I ordered from them tonight I had pro ably one of the worst order/delivery experience of my life. I ordered a medium 2 tipping and cinnamon twists and was told the pizza had been delivered. Then upon going to meet the driver and/or collect the pizza, I then got a notification from the store saying my order was canceled. After numerous attempts at trying to reach the store I finally managed to reach someone after literally 20 tries and I wish I was exaggerating who was rude from answering. I was told they tried to call me upon arrival (I was outside to meet the driver before wi received a delivered notification ) but hadn't picked up (I received no call as I had my phone in hand the whole time) and then as I was trying to ask to get my order possibly re-ordered and delivered, I was hung up on I tried to call back to either order or try to speak to a supervisor as I hadn't been rude or abrasive yet had been hung up on while just trying to order dinner and my call was hung up before I could even get through the automated voice reading off specials. Definitely won't be ordering from this store ever again and will be taking my business to another location. I will say their cinnamon twists are the best I've ever received from a Domino's. Read moreI called your Worcester Massachusetts location and they were horrible spent 5 minutes explaining I was at a hotel. After telling the guy who answered the phone 3 times the name of hotel. Then he spent 5 minutes trying to find the $5.99 deals. Your most popular thing to order and he didn't have a clue. He finally found it. Took another long few minutes to explain each item I wanted. Then all of a sudden someone told him they don't deliver to my hotel. So I had to call a different one. This time I called Boylston Massachusetts location. I repeated the hotel name 5 times and gave him a street name. He didn't know what the heck he was doing. It was oh hold on oh could you repeat. Omg I gave up and finally figured it out online to order. But oh my they were slow, very confused and had no clue how to navigate their system. It was the worse 45 minutes I've ever experienced. So needless to say I will not ever call another dominos. They really need to do better training. And the welcome message you get when you call is way to long and irritating. Read moreThis place seemed to be on point with our pizza orders at first. But as of lately they just keep messing up my pizza. They either forget a topping or straight up being cheap when putting toppings on. I even called and talked to a guy named Kevin who listened to my complaint about an issue with my previous order. He reassured me my pizza would be done right but to all avail it wasn't done right. I actually opened up the box right there in the store and showed him the issue. He then said he would make another but i didn’t want the rest of my family to have cold pizza for dinner. I got home and literally one slice had steak on it. The rest of the pizza had none. I wont ever order a pizza with steak from this place again. Its not worth it. They will put everything else on your pizza except steak. My pizza wasn’t even completely cut properly. I had to take out my pizza cutter and cut it again. Maybe this dominoes need some dumbbells in the break room for arm strengthening. Staff here be struggling to cut pizza.
