Really terrible experience. Carryout order was late, when I got there all the staff ignored me and avoided eye contact. Everyone looked miserable. All the signs for the store's stats on the wall next to the register said "Unsatisfactory," in maybe 4 or 5 places. Every service metric was in the red. The drive-thru was backed up by at least 3 cars.
All I ordered was a large BBQ chicken pizza and a 2-liter of Sprite. The manager on duty clearly looked overworked, but that's no excuse. She asked for my name and order, went back to a different task, forgot to follow up, and asked me 10 minutes later for my name and order again. All I ordered was one large pizza and a sprite. The pizza was clearly still in the oven but she didn't bother to tell me.
They were out of 2-liters of Sprite yet the website still let me order one, which is annoying. She offered me two 20 mL bottles of Sprite instead, which is less drink that what I paid for, so I declined. I just asked for a 2-liter of Diet Coke instead. She didn't offer a plastic bag for it and I just let it go because I wanted to get the hell out of there.
When the pizza was finally done, she tried to tell me "You're all set" even though I hadn't paid yet. Then she couldn't remember the price, tried to look up my order on one register, couldn't figure it out, and switched to a different register. At this point there was a line of people behind me. I asked if I needed to sign the receipt and she repeated "You're all set" since she wanted to rush me away.
When I finally ate the pizza it was bland and under-cooked. This Domino's needs to either hire all-new staff or treat their current employees better, because this is not the first time I've gone to this location and been disappointed - it's like the fourth. The people there are incompetent and/or just don't care about their jobs. Go to Papa John's on 406 Chandler St instead - they're cheaper, taste better, and the staff is much more...
Read moreSo, first off, I feel like I have to state the obvious - this is Dominos, and it's not fair to compare it to artisan or quality local pizza. I'm reviewing this place AS a Domino's chain location, and on that front, it's fantastic, mainly due to the care taken with the orders, the speed at which they're prepared, and the quality of the staff.
I recently placed an online order that, for reasons unknown, was inaccessible to the staff. Given this issue, they offered to retake the entire order and even honored the online-only discount. The staff had my entire order of two pizzas ready in, I swear, less than 10 minutes and it was perfect. This on top of the numerous other orders I placed that were all done perfectly.
Again, it's Domino's pizza, and I do have issues with the quality on a corporate level, from the strange aftertaste of the marinara sauce (an issue across every Domino's I've ordered from) to the fact that their equipment can cause order disruptions that are, in no way, the fault of the staff (which were incredibly kind and friendly each time I've stopped in to pick up my order). And each order I've picked up has been some of the best quality Domino's I've gotten anywhere, especially thanks to each pie having just the right amount of seasoning on the crust and the perfect amount of cheese. Also, while I've never dined in the place, it's always kept very clean, which some Domino's are definitely slacking on. If you're in a pinch and, for some reason, need Domino's in Worcester, this spot gets my...

I try to stay away from the pizza chains because they forgot their roots for profits. But the new adds hooked me in, advertising they changed their pizza to give better flavor so I decided to give it a chance.
I ordered online, the online ordering processes was very impressive. Since they are mostly delivery parking was awful but that is not their fault.
When brought home the pizza did not have that fresh pizza smell. Upon opening the box the pizza looked great. When picking up a slice right away you know this is going to be a bad experience. The pizza dough very soft like grabbing a marshmallow, taking a bite was a unique experience. The flavors were average. The best way to explain eating the new pizza is taking a bite of mashed potatoes with cheese and tomato sauce. Out of two people we ate one slice each and pushed it to the side and went to the fridge and cooked us a dinner.
In the advertising they state plainly that if people did not like there pizza they would give a refund, a full refund. Well the next day I wrote an email with full order details and waited for a response. Three weeks later I received an email from their headquarters that the store manager would contact me. I waited two weeks and not hearing anything I replied to the email that no one had contacted me. I am still waiting...
