EDIT: The owners have confirmed by replying to this review that there was indeed a price increase, after I was told to my face that a slice of cheese pizza always costs this much. You can't guilt trip me and make me out to be the bad guy when you lie to your customer about something as simple as a price hike. If you had just been honest I wouldn't be here right now leaving a bad review. This isn't even about the food, which has always been good. I'll even raise it to a three-star, if you're so inclined. Just be honest.. And to supplement my old review and offer some other small business alternatives in these trying times (since apparently I have it out for small businessnes), here you go: -Fantastic Pizza on Main -Woostah Pizza -Debbie's Pizzeria (temp closed) Some non-pizza places I also enjoy are: -Shawarma Palace -China Lantern (temp closed) -Thai Time (unsure if closed) -Da Lat -Hacienda (unsure if closed) I originally loved this place, but I have to change my review now. I don't know if there was a change of staff, but the people seemed to be new there. Pizza slices are now FOUR DOLLARS each, and the person at the counter told me "that's how it's always been" and compared it to Antonio's 4.50 a slice. If i go to WPF it's cause i'm at the Blarn and want a quick bite to soak up the beer. Antonio's is actual high quality restaurant pizza with a bar and table service, don't compare your small shop pizza to theirs. And it was not always 4.00 a slice. That's robbery for a greasy slice of the cheese. If you have $4, cross the street to Wendy's and get the 4 for $4, that'll be more bang for your buck. COVID nightmare takeout food story. We ordered our food over an hour ago, at exactly 8pm. 1 hour and 30 minutes ago, to be exact. We got told it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. We got here 25 minutes later. We got told to wait for our order, that it was almost done. Then after waiting awhile, 25 minutes longer, we asked where our order was. They then let us know that they had never even started making our order!!! Despite us calling it in for pickup about an hour earlier..

They said that they could and would start it now, and have it ready in 15 minutes. We decided might as well wait a little bit longer for our food and reordered our food. We have now waited in total 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. They told us the food would be ready in 15 minutes, about 30 minutes ago now. My boyfriend is an essential worker and is supposed to be up at 4am for work. I am almost 8 months pregnant and didn't feel up for cooking tonight. Waiting this long for food is uncalled for and inconsiderate, after they told us it would originally be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. The order finally finished and is in my car at 9:30, 1 hour and 30 minutes after our original order was made.

Finally!! I have been looking for a pizza place in Worcester where a large cheese pizza wasn't $14 for a single pie AND actually tasted good.

Worcester Pizza Factory has a special carry out deal Mon-Thurs for 1 large cheese for $7. Where else, besides a chain like Little Caesars, can you get a pizza for that price? Let alone one that tastes homemade?

The pizza was fresh and thin. The bottom of the pizza was crisp with no fold, the middle was chewy and the crust had a nice bite to it. The sauce had a great flavor, not too sweet or salty and a nice amount of garlic and spices.

It tasted so much better than a $7 pie should. My wife and I had been going to Blue Jeans Pizza, but for the price of one large cheese pizza from Blue Jeans we can get 2 large cheese pizzas from Worcester Pizza Factory.

Make sure to call ahead to order as it could take 20+ minutes for your order. Honestly it takes less than 10 minutes to get WPF from pretty much anywhere in Worcester so it is well worth the wait.
