Make sure you check the expiration date for EVERYTHING. They sell items way after it’s gone bad. Too many times have I had to throw food away from Plaza because it had already gone bad. Same thing today I purchased food for thanksgiving and during prep I notice my carrots were mushy smelly and completely rotten, and the same goes for the turkey necks I purchased. Both items were way passed the expired date. I obviously returned them but in hopes to make an even exchange for the rotten items I looked at the last pack of neck and they too were rotten as well as all the packages of baby carrots. As I stated before this is not the first time but it had better be the last unless the owner of Plaza wants a lawsuit he to putting his customers health...
Read moreThis is a "bodega"-small grocery store. Because they are a smaller store, their range of products isn't astronomical but it works out well. Additionally, they have good prices for the products that they have.
